i.d. SPOT is a great pet store with a great selection of everything, including high quality kibble, fresh foods, and lots of products. The staff is amazing, super helpful, and truly loves animals. They are very prompt and helpful with orders, calling personally to clarify issues or offer replacements. The grooming services are pretty reasonable cost-wise. Customers find it a pleasant place to shop and get everything for their pets, loving to come back for their next appointment.

Very prompt with delivery and if they're out of something, they call and offer a replacement or they take it off the total of the order. Great store.

Great products, sales, and coupons. And staff could not be any more helpful. Even call us personally when we order online to clarify any issues with the order. Top shelf all way around. Get everything for our pup at PSP!
