“I come to this store religiously. They have such an amazing selection for any level of gamer. They stay up to date in the latest releases while also working on highlighting smaller and local designers. They have a section on puzzles or rpg books for those not as into the games. You can even find a few gems in their previously owned games section. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable and happy to help. They’ve kicked off their demos as well and are teaching games to those who stop on. 10/10 would recommend.”

“I wanted to give a shout to Rachel at this location. The last handful of times I went in she was the only employee to greet me and make me feel special. She recommended several new books to me that I've loved, but also helped me find the books I can't searching for. This woman is GREAT and I look forward to seeing her each visit in this location.
Also, please promote her to the person who orders the books, she had so much knowledge and was sharing several books that sounded interesting but said this location wouldn't carry them.”
“Brad is great to deal with, same with his brother blBlaine. They legitimately offer you a fair offer. I took a 1 cent there before without knowing much about it BUT i knew it had an error just didnt realize how big of an error it was- they could have gave me 50 bucks I would have been happy, they offered me way more and explained why that coin was special . I would trust them over a few other places.... By the way, it's always helpful to do your own research!”

“Michael and Stephen are the best! They recently moved to their new official spot for the shop and it's so beautiful, the marble entry way up the well kept cherry steps feels so magical. They are the top of the best here, their manorisim and sincere professional approach is welcoming with a touch of "let's learn something cool today". If you're selling your coins or even some jewelry (coins are their super power) then you need to come check the new spot out and have a chat with this numastic duo of all things precious metal! “I love this place, definitely a lot of cool stuff and different booths to scour through. I love looking at the old jewelry and the 2000s toys. Most booths are pretty organized. I did end up with a few pairs of earrings and a S&P set. I'll definitely be back before Christmas to hunt for my famous pink bulbs.”

“This one at the waterfront seems to have a good selection of yarns, paints, frames and canvas. The clearance isle is always overflowing. People in Pittsburgh aren't crafty. We just pretend and forget. So there is always a huge selection of things down there.”

“I always enjoy my trips to Michael's. The key is to get the app and make sure you have an account so you can track your purchases. Racking up rewards there is very easy, and the decorations for holidays there are always on discount before the holiday itself. They have daily coupons as well that you need the app for most of the time. If all the scanning in the app is confusing, the staff is very helpful until you get the hang of it.”

“I have been coming to this place since I was a little kid to buy Pokemon cards, my father use to bring me here after work. The same guy John has been here forever very knowledgeable on anything card related. Gives me that mom and pop store vibe witch is very nice in today's society. After all these years I came back to buy more Pokemon and not only did he have what I was looking for but his selection is amazing, and very reasonable. As I was buying my cards I was very surprised he remembered my dad I didn't think he would remember me let alone my dad who passed 3yrs ago. Everytime I come in here I feel at home I never feel ripped off and I always find a great conversation. I highly recommend this place for any serious collector. Good things don't come easy he's only there Saturday and Monday but it's proof that rare things are always a great find. “This Michael's is a lot larger and it has much more selection and variety of products than the Michael's in Toronto. It is a very busy time of the season and the store was kept very well, clean, organized and everything was easy to find. The lines are fast moving and we didn't have to wait. This is probably the nicest Michael's we've seen.”

“Very clean and well organized. This is a new location which opened in recent months so it still looks great. Excellent variety of craft items. I needed acrylic water to fix a pot and some yarn to match the color and style I already had. I was able to easily find both. Checkout is a breeze with self checkout and lines were minimal. The paint supplies are well stocked with even higher end quality which is great for classes at the McMurray Art League.”
“My grandsons love video games but I couldn't remember which ones and the lovely gal at GameStop helped me pick one. She was so patient and asked all kind of questions regarding my grandsons.Her name is Emily!! “Pretty huge store, lots of room to play, and I bet it gets busy during the evening. I went during the day, a little after lunch time and it was pretty much deserted except for a few guys at a table chatting and eating lunch. I was looking for some singles, and they had a nice system to look up inventory and place an "in store" order for cards. They didn't have a good chunk of what I wanted, but I was able to find a few items to purchase.”
