Surprisingly, they were able to take me right away and put in a new battery that they suggested I order on-line beforehand. Normally the tech said that there usually would be a 3 day process but everything was completed in less than a half hour. Thank you Geek Squad!

Recently went in for a rebuild. Ended up getting a new motherboard and a new NZXT h5 Flow case. Could not be happier with the way I was treated throughout the entire process. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
