I’ve been dealing with Five Star Tire for close to 25 years and did other reviews years ago. I wanted to update my reviews because they never seem to fail to do a great job, everybody there are great people.

I stopped by their place to fix a noisy sound in the front wheels. I was expecting a major issue, but the guy who took care of my car figured out the problem in five minutes. He came to me and said, "Your issue is done and completely resolved." I was prepared to pay him whatever he asked, but he refused to take the money, saying that this issue did not deserve a charge. He said, "You're good to go." I really appreciate the excellent service and honesty in their work. If there were more than five stars, I would give them.

They should probably change their name to two star tires. I was recommended to go to this shop to mount and balance tires and I will never be back. The Technician messed up my wheel (he came out and admitted he messed up which is nice hence the two stars rather than one star) but that doesn't make up for the fact that the repair looks like garbage and probably should have warranted a new wheel entirely. This put me down a vehicle that I use for work for 5 days. They originally made me pay for two tires to be mounted and balanced when they only did one and messed up the other. I had to call and complain to get a refund for the screwed up wheel. Still trying to figure out how you screw up a wheel this bad and think the second and third photos are a good fix. Now I'm stuck with a wheel that looks like garbage. I do not recommend this tire shop at all.

The people here are always friendly and matter-of-fact. I have been to mechanics where they talk down to you if you're female or if you don't know much about cars -- Five Star is not like that at all. Pricing is fair, and the service is always done quickly and easily.

We have been taking our cars here for a few years now. I take them here because they tell me what’s wrong with our vehicle, what it needs to be repaired, and never have they given me a price that seems outlandish and never did a job come back being more than they quoted.

Great, old school shop.
Friendly staff and fair prices keep their parking lot full. Tip-Go early, it is first come first serve for tires. Highly recommend.

Came by on a Saturday early afternoon for a tire pressure leak on my run flat tire. All the other tire places in town were booked up but Five Star squeezed me in for a tire nail removal and patch. Whole service took less than 15 mins, everybody was incredibly friendly, and it cost $20. Fantastic experience overall and they have earned my business whenever I am in the area.

Used the services of this garage for about 5 years and the work was usually good but in the last year they performed work I asked them not to do, refused work I asked them to do, and returned my vehicle without properly bleeding the brakes. The service manager didn’t seem surprised at the poor work done on the brakes when I told him. Fortunately I picked up the car with the brake problem. This place acts like they’re doing you a favor when actually you’re bringing them work. I would suggest finding a garage that appreciates their customers.
