I've been purchasing tires from this Firestone for years the last that I have I have 12,000 miles on them in less than the in about a year and a half just went to see if they could prorate on a new set they told me the original prorate comes from the original set of tires you bought which I bought almost 10 years ago they said I've paid prorated prices on every set of tires I've ever bought for this car and I would have to produce the receipt from the last time I paid full price for tires do not go to this place they are liars and scam artists. When I told the manager that I will be telling everyone I know not to go there he said go ahead... Great way to run a business.He waved at me as I walked out the door.

Many years ago, I was given a large repair estimate at this location. When I questioned the work, a second mechanic looked at the car and declined to agree with the work estimate. The manager was not supportive. I agreed to the work because my wife was in the hospital and I needed the car but I decided to never again return to this location.Again, many years ago, my mother-in-law then took her car there and was given a very large estimate which the manager explained "improved performance" but didn't actually fix anything that was bad. I declined the work.This month, I tried the location again. They changed my oil but overfilled it by more than a half quart. A week later when I took my wife's car there for a 2nd oil change, I specifically told them not to overfill the oil however, when I got home, I found the oil was overfilled by more than a quart. Yes, they then correctly replaced the oil in both cars however I will never go back there, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

They were absolutely fantastic. They squeezed my car in at the last minute they did more than just check for air leaking from my tire. The important part is they got my car done with everything we talked about before the time I needed it by I am absolutely not used to this treatment by the Monroeville team, they were always cutting it close when they would have all day with an appointment. Bethel Park fire stone is absolutely amazing. Everybody was kind caring and genuinely made me feel like they wanted to help. I do wish they could have done my alignment. However, they said my car has some sensors they do not have the equipment for which is not their fault. I really wish they had it though. Absolutely a fantastic experience. I will absolutely recommend them. I hope everyone at the Bethel Park Firestone has a happy and safe holiday and new year. Thank you for all you do. I appreciate you. Keep up the amazing work.

Don't get a coolant change here. Been going here for years with no issues. Friendly staff too. But recently had my coolant flushed and they not only didn't flush the fluid in the reservoir but they never bleeded the system either. Also recently they forgot to replace my engine cover. Had to drive back to get it. They also adjusted every possible thing adjustable in the vehicle, the lights, seat, mirrors, everything! Bunch of incompetent morons. They will mess your vehicle up. I'm done with Firestone!

Went there to get tires because we have their credit card (getting cut up now) they tried really really hard to get us to do in alignment we said no then they said it free alignment check with new tires we said OK left the car there for the day, the tires that were on the car are wearing perfectly just down to the wear bars, then they called us after installing the wheels and doing the free check they said our alignment was off we denied it again and said we would take it to the dealer then they said give us half off we said no then we got there, I seen the alignment print out they did not show it to us or give it to us the front alignment the tow was out they took the paper and threw it away, I know how those machines work all the shop did was turn the wheel and hit print on the machine, We just had the alignment checked at the dealer. Everything is perfect.

Paid a premium price to change the front break rotors of my car since. A couple of thousand miles later breaks were pulsating really bad. Took the car back and they said this time it was the back wheels and I needed to replace rotors, pads and hydraulic hoses for a total over $900. I took it to another service center for a second opinion. Back wheels were fine, but front wheel rotors were bad due to wrong assembly by the Firestone technician. Got my money refunded but lost any trust I had at this Firestone location.

I called a couple days in advance and scheduled an appointment to to have my headlights replaced. In our vehicle that means removing the whole front bumper (?) part of the car in order to gain access to the lights. They gave me an approximation on the time it would take as I had no ride. And they were within that time frame when the job was complete

I'm actually gonna move my service to this location instead of Rt 51 in Pleasant Hills....I felt like I was treated like a knowledgeable, paying customer rather than a d*** female. Thank you guys for taking good care of me & Big Blue!

Took my truck here to get an alignment. Dropped it off then got a call it was finished went and picked it up steering wheel was at a 45 degree angle same angle it was at when I dropped it off. Only after 3000 miles of driving my inside fronts are down to the wear bars when tires were brand new. Called to see if they would correct it and brought it back and refused to fix the problem. I will never have them do any kind of work on any of my vehicles. I would highly suggest you take your money elsewhere. Zero Stars awful experience.Service: Wheel alignment
