This is a review for Dr SHARMA. Started seeing her when she first started at the practice and she rolled her eyes at me!! She doesn’t listen to patients’ concerns. She thinks she knows it all right away before hearing all the info. And even if she lets you finish she doesn’t change her mind. She’d rather be right than be a caregiver for her patients. This has been going on for years and I’m finally just going to switch doctors. I don’t think family practice south is the place for me. .

Can’t be seen if you’re sick. Calling with a question?? Better have 1/2 hour to be put on hold. Dr.Komer was our pcp. My husband was in the hospital twice. Once for kidney cancer surgery and the other time for double pneumonia. Saw Dr.Komer zero times. Always on vacation. Recently I had to come off of Cymbalta for fibromyalgia. He said I would need to be weaned. Did it in one week. Every other day. Have been in the most horrible withdrawals ever since. Spoke with another more skilled doctor who told me that was my problem. Should’ve taken a month!! Stay away from this man!! My pharmacist told me he should’ve cut my meds in half then taper for 1 month! I am suffering awful pain because of this man!!

Dr. N. Sharma is a fabulous doctorShe is very thorough and demonstrates compassion, care and understanding of your situation.You will leave knowing you are under a great medical team. My only concern is the front office staff. I have been hung up on many times. They put you on hold and don't come back. But when you finally get through, they will help. What the staff doesn't know, we the patients hear their conversations, notice they don't answer the phones and eat and drink on the job

They have centralized all calls for the last few years... you will be on hold for average half an hour. I like the doctors but to get through, you may as well drive to the office. Even still, there seems to be a large delay in communication and they don't leave voicemails (50/50). The phone lines don't turn on until 30 mins after they open... straight downhill.

Dr. Sharma is fantastic! I have put my health in her hands for many years. She is thorough and caring. Her assistant Lisa is also fantastic, personable and as caring as Dr Sharma. Even though we moved, once to Iowa, and now KITTANNING, we continued to travel back to our health partners!

My medication refills are missed every month, calling in is so difficult and you rarely ever get anyone that answers the phone. When someone finally answers, they’re typically very rude and refuse to pass on any messages to the doctor or to really do anything at all. Even when I came in for an in-person visit, my average wait time to see a physician for 5 mins has been approximately 2.5 hours. Would not recommend this office to a single soul.
Dr. Sharma is kind but the staff of this office really needs some sort of retraining or overhaul of their current system. This is detrimental to people’s health and I’ll currently be going through medication withdrawal until Wednesday.

They never answer their phones, don't return calls for hours or days, even when something is marked urgent on your chart, the staff doesn't call you. It's horrible and very frustrating...when people are sick, scared or needing answers immediately, forget the staff and doctors calling you. But Jennifer Darkowski is awesome, so friendly, helpful and really listens. The only reason for the bad review is about being able to reach the office for any reason. Awful.

Jennifer darkowski is the most AMAZING human being. She has been my doctor since I left a pediatrician and went to an adult doctor. I am 38 and for the past 20 years she has given me EXCELLENT care. She has gone above and beyond for me. I love her like she was my family. It is called Family medical practice for a reason
