Absolute awful!! Had my work rent me a car 3 weeks ahead of time. I was scheduled for a rental anytime after 12pm. When I arrived at 3pm I was told they gave away my rental and had nothing for me. I need to be at work tomorrow at 8am and now trying to find transportation. Would not recommend this location to anyone. They have a reputation of giving away people's cars and not having the reservations. Safe time and hassle and rent elsewhere.

TLDR: Unprofessional, poor service, plenty of competition in the area at better pricingI rented a car in June for early July. Normally I call the local office to discuss the car (I am very short, and generally if I don't I am "upgraded" into a larger car that makes driving difficult). I waited on the phone around 5 minutes before hanging up having no one ever answered. I let it go hoping for the best.Around 3pm the day before the holiday (which the agency was closed for) informed me by email of a TON of documents needed- from paid off utility statements to declarations related to my own personal vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not see the message for several hours after business hours were over. I attempted to respond by email to their information, but even now (next day) I have received no response. I canceled the reservation, since there was nothing else for me to do.I've only recently moved to Pennsylvania from antoher state I rented in regularly and not had this kind of interaction. Overall, Enterprise is a premium cost service, and the premium charged is meant to be for higher than average customer service. I am unwilling to pay this price for this quality of service in a landscape with so many competitors.

I stay 30 minutes away from this enterprise location and had to come here multiple times as no other branches had available cars.The team is so good, I don’t mind coming here every time.They always pick up calls quickly, are upfront about their availability, and it never takes more than 2 minutes for me pick up or drop the car.Shout out to Bob for being an awesome branch manager!

I'm not sure it's possible to have a worse experience renting a car. I only wish I could give it zero stars. I had reserved a large SUV via the customer service line 3 weeks in advance of our vacation to be picked up the day before at the Bethel Park location. When I got there, I was greeted by Tom who informed me there was a mix-up and the car was reserved for 4pm the next day. I get it, mistakes happen, but then he tells me there's nothing they can do and more or less tough luck. There appeared to be other SUV's on the lot, but at this point, my bloods boiling from Tom's lack of customer service. I left and called the customer service line again and they were able to find a Ford Explorer that I could pick up at the Bethel location. I thought this was strange because I had just left there and was told no other SUV's were available, but I was in a pinch so I went with it.10 minutes later I get a call from Tom threatening me and refusing to rent the car to me because of my attitude and how hard he claims I pushed the door open when I left. I couldn't believe this, and I absolutely had a few choice words for Tom. Long story short, I was able to find an SUV at Avis last minute, Enterprise refused to help me, and Tom sucks!

The team at Enterprise in Bethel Park was prompt and attentive, checking in with me multiple times as cars were becoming available during a busy week--much appreciated. Friendly vibe, good customer service.
