Overall our shutters look fantastic. As you get closer though you notice sloppiness of the painting. They got paint on our brick, siding, and our back deck from cleaning their brushes. I reached out to let them know and the owner was out of town and that he would get in touch with me when I got back and to hold off on payingWell 2 weeks went by and no response, but received our bill in the mail. I proceeded to call to find out why I never heard from anyone, and I was told they went out with alcohol and cleaned the brick as best as possible, and they noticed nothing on the siding. Then I proceeded to email them pictures of the sloppy job they did with no response at all. For being professional painters it looks like something I would have done instead wanting to take the time to tape off the proper areas.Service: Exterior painting

Extremely pleased DL Richie service. They had a great selection of carpets in their showroom. Their installers did a great job even fixing some squeaky spots we had for years. The new carpet looks and feels great! Would definitely use them again for other projects in the future.

D.L. Richie did a whole makeover for our sitting-room in our historic home. Cathy was very helpful and Dave periodically came out to check on the progress. Sheldon and Ryan took care of stripping the wallpaper and painting and they were very personable and professional. Art put up the wallpaper and it looks amazing. Brandon did a great job on the vinyl flooring and Brian installed the carpet beautifully. We have more work for them to do and are looking forward to it! We are very pleased and will update with more photos in the future. Thank you to the whole team. We appreciate the work that you have done for us!

I highly recommend. The work is impeccable. The price was fair. They cleaned/sealed some outdoor teak patio ceilings (they look new). I also had them paint exterior door and trim. The 2 guys working were friendly and polite. I will be calling them back in the fall to do some interior work. You can't go wrong using them, plus think small business...

D.L. Richie provided quotes for residential group homes that I manage contracting projects for. A different company was chosen for the work (other deciding factors), but that doesn't denote the fact that this is a great company with even better customer service. Thank you!
