I checked pricing online and chose to go here because I could save $3.60. After arriving home I see that I was charged $13.99 instead of $10.39, as advertised. To make matters worse, the item shows as $12.99 at full price. Now I have to go back to the store to request a refund. Very unhappy about the waste of my time, and to make matters even worse it is 90 degrees outside today.

CVS - Cashiers were disrespectful, aggressive, bad attitude and extremely rude. Senior citizen lady cashiers: (4th of July, evening shift.) This was the second time we were disrespected. We will never go there again.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in the area. They've been unable to find prescriptions multiple times until the nurses call and suddenly they turn up, close the drive through early, tell us to get out of line if they close while we're in line, and are generally rude and incompetent. It's disgusting, and this pharmacy should be shut down. I'll be filing a complaint with CVS corporate.

Probably the worst pharmacy in the Pittsburgh area. They refused to refill my medications several times because I have no insurance and I have to use telehealth services to get refills on my prescriptions. They say they won't do it because there are several providers writing the refills. Spiteful and totally desensitized to their customers.

Slow service. Always seems understaffed and prescriptions are not ready even when receiving a message saying that they are . The ready fill program is a joke . They will even admit that they only fill those if they have time if not they expedite them and make you wait another 10-20 minutes for something that should have been ready.

Live in a different state and didn't have my insurance cards. Needed an ER and then meds. By the time I arrived at the pharmacy I was tired, in pain and ready to be horizontal. The staff here were so proficient! Caring, understood the mission and had magically figured out all the administration before I'd arrived. Notably, they were busy but gave me and everyone 100% of their attention; the line moved quickly! Overall very consummate professionals and I greatly appreciated their help in my time of need.

old hag kicked us out as soon as we stepped in the store. employees are rude to customers. overall not a very enjoyable experience

The pharmacy stayed past their closing time on a Saturday but to make sure I had my meds. I felt extremely cared for by such thoughtful service!

AVOID this pharmacy! This is by far the worst pharmacy ever found! The answering phone service for prescriptions is terrible...it just hangs up on you after you have hit 10 numbers to get the medications you want to add. Then, no one ever lets you know you need meds again, even though you are in the system to receive notices! There is no staff and no pharmacists available by phone EVER! Do NOT go there for medications...AWFUL!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy. It's run by extremely incompetent people and pharmacist. Avoid it all costs. If I didn't know better, I'd swear someone is stealing all of the prescriptions and reselling them because they are never in stock with anything. It doesn't matter what your prescription is for. They are always out of stock and you never find out about it until you access the CVS app and see that your prescription is on hold. If you actually get them to answer the phone after waiting on hold for an hour, they'll tell you it's out of stock and no CVS within the 20 mile radius has it in stock. Then miraculously they'll call you the next day to tell you your prescription is ready. If they are out of stock of something, they just place your script on hold and they never actually order it until you call into inquire about it. Then when you call in, you're going to be on hold for an hour because they don't answer their phone. I'm transferring my prescriptions back to CVS in Target West Mifflin. This place is a joke.

We had to switch to CVS for our insurance program, and I am greatly disappointed in the service we receive at the pharmacy. Medications are always out of stock because the truck didn't show up. Apparently the truck doesn't show up at the other local CVSs because we're told the drug is out of stock in a 20 mile radius. I don't think they care about their customers' health and welfare.

Most important for me in a pharmacy: being able to get my medications. On time. How, when they are completely unresponsive?! Unfilled online orders- requests to refill, never responded to. Last few weeks every time I call, after about 10-20 minutes of hold, it disconnects!!! Should not be this hard to fill my meds!
