I have been to this location twice now. Good food both times. The croissants are fresh and full size. Everyone else's have shrunk to a mini size. The crumbled bacon is crispy and the eggs are scrambled. I just wish there was consistency at the other Coens. Usually a piece or two of limp bacon and a frozen egg patty at the other locations.

Food was subpar. The tutor tots I ordered were runny and tasteless. The lettuce on my sandwich was brown. There were 3 or 4 people making the food and it took forever. I thought the menu would have been bigger but was surprised it wasn't. Next time I will drive the extra mile to Sheetz.

It’s ok. Was not busy when I went in for food. I added substitutions to my sandwiches to add tots. I got no tots. I ordered 4 sandwiches…2 chix, 1 bbq, 1 Italian sausage and added tots to 2. Paid $2.01 for each (total $4.02). And arrived home w/o any tots at all.I also asked 4 no onions on the bbq sand, it had onions. I never ever seen onions as a std thing on pork bbq. So, definitely wanted them off. In my Italian sub it states it comes w onions and peppers. There is no option on the screen to remove the peppers. You have to select remove peppers AND onions. I like onions. But not peppers. So I requested removal of peppers/onions but as the order screen went along, you could add red onions. So, I selected that. My Italian sausage was just sausage and cheese. No red onions.Adding red onions is $.49.So, $8.48 for sausage, cheese, and lotta bread.Again, it was not busy when I placed my order. 2 other ppl entered and ordered. So, 3 orders…3-4 ppl in the kitchen and no one took the time to really read the order (how do you miss 2 orders of tots?). Errors happen on taking things on/off (onions on bbq were not to be on, but the aioli sauce on chix sand was off-yay).Paid $4.51 for items I did not get.Once home, not going back out to get missing items. Definitely check your items before leaving.Kid said chix sandwich was not bad. I would not order the Italian sausage again. Not good. Paid lotta $ for the food. Pic of receipt shows add on/remove and $.Please have the employees take the time to read the orders 4 accuracy. Especially when not busy.

One kid that works there is so nice and personable. I don’t know his name but he is super friendly. Prices at coen about $1 more than everywhere else but it’s worth the friendly service. Other people that work there I’m not sure about

Any time a place with set hours (that's not in the service industry,) closes early with consistency like this place does it's gonna get a bad review. I get that there are emergencies or staffing issues etc. If that's the case put up a sign or post it online so people don't plan their trip home from work around having this place to stop at. It's just bad etiquette and poor management.

Beware of scammer cashier pocketing lottery tickets money and not giving you full amount. Then when you realize the error and go back in he knew exactly what he did. Just wanted to see if he could get away with it? Wonder how many other unsuspecting customers got ripped off by shady cashier skimming off the top? Notified corporate I’ll see if they reply.

Ken locked the doors at 8:23pm on Monday 9/5/2022. Labor Day. The sign on the door in addition to the website clearly stated the store is open until 10pm EST. Walked up and he has the door locked. Not only locked, but I can see him inside the store but wouldn’t acknowledge me. Unreal. I decided to call (took 4 phone calls) to ask why did you shut down an entire store and deprive yourself of my hard earned money and business? The person finally answered (Ken), and said “he was busy”. As a Registered Nurse who just cared for dying people for the last 14 hours that day, I decided to take my business to the Get-Go in South Park (0.4 miles away) and buy the milk and other items I was going to purchase for my hungry child at home. I appreciate it Ken and Coen. I appreciate the fact that you drove me to never do business or spend another dollar at your establishment. I hope people see this and realize the audacity that your employees have to simply “shut a store down” when they so feel inclined and detour business and money away. Get-go and sheetz happily stay open during the hours they advertise and willingly took my money for the items I purchased!

The Coen in Bethel Park Pa, I realized they have no prices for their drinks, I asked why? The Manager said " the prices change everyday " ohh really....so I left, and went to the gas station next door Marathon and bought what I needed, they have prices, one item the milk did not but they checked for me, I will not shop Coen. Coen barely price anything, we as consumers need to make informed choices, Coen Bethel Park wants to decide everyday what they want to charge, also Getgo is close.

These guys have been my go-to for Tea, Dew and other snacks and supplies. My only disappointment is their closing at 11pm when they used to stayed open 24/7. ( Sometimes that 1 or 2am desire for a hot dog ? is a craving ?)That’s the true mark of the “convenience” store. But otherwise, good folks and always treated me well for the last 13 years. ??

I choose this CoGo because it is close to home and they always have the milk we need at state minimum prices. Today was no exception. I walked to the cooler, chose a perfect gallon of 2% Turner Dairy milk. The expiration date was for 10 days from the date of purchase! , The friendly cashier rang me up quickly and efficiently and I was on my way home to enjoy ice cold, fresh, wholesome, delicious cows milk with the family! Thanks CoGo!
