We needed to replace a dining area carpet that was badly stained. The new carpet needed to coordinate with other carpets and furnishing in our great room.Ken met us at his Mt Lebanon location to help us select out new treasure. As we looked through his large selection Ken stopped and said "this is the one." As you can never really be sure until it is in the room we went with Ken's recommendation with the guarantee that we could return it if not completely satisfied. “This floor is a replacement from a different product and manufacture that we purchased from Rusmur flooring that failed due to an issue in the manufacturing. As soon as we made them aware, they were very accommodating in replacing the floor.There was one delay due to lack of communication between departments in the process of replacing the floor, then we couldn’t decide on a different floor, but I have to say, the installers Ty and Gage did a fantastic job, the floor is so snug up to the cabinets and we are very pleased with the outcome. We did have some issues with the subway tile that Rusmur also did for us, but they made sure everything was to our satisfaction at the end of the process.”
