“Ed from Delivery was very helpful. Here is my tale of woe. Our fridge in our garage was on the fritz. I ordered a new one from Lowe's. Apparently I ordered from the Bethel Park store although I swear this was unintentional as I thought I was just ordering from "Lowes" and not a specific store. Ed called me to explain that his store didn't have any stock. He then tried to find another model that would work. Unfortunately, we wanted to stick with the one we had ordered. Ed warned me that it might take a few weeks to get it, but that he would check everyday. A few days later he found there was one in stock for us! He had it delivered the next day.”

I am a newish homeowner doing my first landscaping projects where I needed to buy a lot of dirt. I had driven by Option supply many times but never had gone in. Decided to get a price via email, price was really fair, so I went in to place my order.
My receipt is time stamped from 12:26 pm today. My dirt was delivered at 12:45 pm today. Absolutely exceeded my expectations (thought I’d have to wait at least a week for delivery!). The driver was also incredibly kind.
I don’t think I’ll ever even consider going elsewhere for dirt, mulch, even pavers and rocks for future projects.”

I was happy with their willingness to work with the smaller quantity of hardware that I needed. “It's almost exactly like Home Depot, except not! It's been a very long time since I've been into a Lowe's - I really don't remember when. It's even possible I've never been in one. Who knows! Given the oppressive nature of Home Depot and its depressed and unhelpful employees and inability to find most anything there, my expectations weren't high. However, and having made the foolish mistake of going on busy Sunday afternoon, I found parking easily, also found the items I was looking for easily enough - I did ask for help, and the dude was really pleasant - he wasn't 100% sure, but did come back to check on me in line, which was a real surprise. Used self checkout, and got out of the store without and grief, despite the throngs inside. My only complaint would that the displays are a bit too "busy", which is overwhelming, but otherwise, well done.”
