This company went down hill. My car always had soap on it after the wash. The water smells terrible which then makes your car smell horrible. I was a monthly member for a year and just canceled my subscription. Going elsewhere.

To get the fit star provide people to wipe down the car. The air drivers still require that I must stop upon leaving to finish the job. I'm from another state and my car wash provides this even on the cheepest wash. Also the last time I got a wash, the rear wiper blade was dislodged. Luckily I wipe down the car and noticed this and reinstalled it. Other car washes provide a protective sleeve to insure this doesn't happen. Amazon sells these for 6 cents a sleeve. Not an unreasonable expense for your operation to get a five stars.

I came to Mr. Magic on South Park road, Monday, June 17th and Shannon was the best customer service. I was just gonna get the $10 wash. And she offered me the 1799 special. I didn't have my credit card.
So she helped me Get on the app.I'm going to come back next Monday with my credit card.But I want you to know she was very kind.Courteous friendly and helpful, And I think she did amazing.And she should be a manager cause no one else ever did anything Like that. I'm going to sign up for the package when I come back next week .

Great car wash and the new monthly payment is great. I have a black truck and it is nice to be able to keep it clear. Drive up and it uses the license plate to know you have unlimited. Easy to use.
