Thank you Bethel Park automotive for lending a hand when I needed it! I was in the area when my car started to display an error message. I had over an hour drive home, so I popped in Bethel Park Automotive. They were able to look at the issue and give me a temporary fix so I could get home without a tow. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!!!! My friend broke down at the intersection right in front of the shop and Dustin had a mechanic jump it and drive it into the store so that we didn’t have to call a tow. Fixed the alternator same day and was so kind to us!

Feel they overcharged me for the work done. I installed a catalytic converter myself but was having a problem with an exhaust leak at the one flange because a stud broke when I tightened it down. Basically just needed them to remove that broken stud and replace with a good stud and tighten it down to stop the leak there. They ended up throwing a bunch of cemenent on the non leaking flange, charged me for that, then when I noticed they did nothing with the leaking flange, I told them and they took it back in. Spent several hours on that and charged me even more labor. I basically paid close to $300 for them to throw cement on a flange that didn't need it and replaced a stud.

I filled my car with oil and drove about a minute down the road before my car started breaking down. It was my own stupidity, I had to wait in the snow for about 2hrs to get towed. Not their fault, again, that’s me. I was having a really tough day and when I got to the shop they were able to take my car and work on it the next day. They told me how much I overfilled and I didn’t really have much hope. Thankfully it was an easy fix and it was done much cheaper than I anticipated. Unfortunately I left my apartment keys on the car key ring and had to call 10 minutes before they closed. They were able to leave my keys for me which I SO appreciated. I was also running late to pick it up today due to traffic and they were able to process my payment over the phone so that they could leave on time and I didn’t have to wait until the next day. I understand I was probably really frustrating to work with, but I’m very glad I was seen as a person and not a customer.Service: Auto maintenance

This place is great. Straight up and good at what they do. My 2016 F-150 was not shifting properly and I suspected a transmission problem. Years ago, I had a 1996 Mustang with the same issue. I took my truck there and asked for a transmission flush, which solved the problem in my Mustang. They did not have the specialized equipment required for my truck, but worked with a local company to do this complex flush. The problem is solved. They are really good mechanics.Service: Transmission
