Came here to get 40 staples removed from my dog’s abdomen from a surgery he received in Colorado. Dr. Chick and the nurse helping her did a great job! They were informative and helpful with any questions I had. Dr. Chick was patient and kind with Rosco. They made a stressful situation feel stress-free. Highly recommend!

Very Kind, Caring and Nice staff. I have a reactive dog, and was worried that I would have to wait in the lobby while my dog barks her head off at other dogs like I have had to at previous vets. However upon calling they said I was able to wait in my car and then the tech would come out to grab me and bring me in.
I thought this was a really awesome thing, and started my visit off on the right foot. Immediately upon entering, Elizabeth the vet tech, was kind and understanding about how my dog was anxious and reactive, especially at the vet. She got down to my dog's level and did everything she could to make sure my dog didn't have anxiety. Overall the experience was amazing, and I strongly recommend Bethel Park Animal Clinic to anyone with pets that need a vet.

I have been here for exotics and now take my cats because the care is absolute gold standard. After my pet rats passed away, the office even called me a couple weeks later to check on how *I* was doing in the wake of their loss.
Incredible people across the board. Totally recommend!

I emailed a question to their clinic and stated I was not a current client (I am on the lookout for an exotic vet for my bunny) but that I needed some advice due to my pregnancy and what care I could provide for my pet. They responded in 20 minutes and were so kind, compassionate, and thorough with information, that I am certain I've found the right vet for my family's needs. Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend!!

I can't say enough good things about Bethel Park Animal Clinic! Recently, my dog was diagnosed with Addison's disease, and Dr. Brennecke and the entire team have been nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so compassionate and understanding, which really helped ease our worries.
Dr. Brennecke was incredibly thorough in explaining the condition, treatment options, and what to expect moving forward. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with the care plan. I especially appreciated how upfront they were about the financial obligations associated with the treatment. Knowing the costs ahead of time and discussing different options really put my mind at ease.
The entire staff treated my dog with such kindness, and I could tell that they genuinely care about their patients. Since starting treatment, my dog is doing so much better, and I truly believe it's because of the excellent care we've received here. If you're looking for a veterinary clinic that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Bethel Park Animal Clinic!

Heads-up WE WERE AS KED TO CONSENT TO AI RECORDING OUR VISIT My son and I said No .Then we reluctantly said yes under the dire straits our cat was in.
I am not happy with the asking me to
"Checkout" even before T was euthanized. Two days after paying you $483 you're asking for an additional $153 when I'm totally distraught .This is not compassionate or professional.
On Tuesday we are told T 's blood work was normal Let's give him a shot to stop throwing up and some pills to stimulate appetite .Let's wait 2 or 3 days and see how he does Today it was so bad he was breathing rapidly and laying on the kitchen floor with his body growing cold .He got worse. We
We're fortunate to bring him to you for vitals We were told it was "best to euthanize him His heart was failing" .I left your office with my T dead heading for burial .All I can think of is "Let's check you out" before T was put down
I believe my story must be told and I intend to write the review .My T is gone and I paid you over $600 . The question is What comes first Money $$
Or the health of our pet .I am home without my beloved T and you are at direct deposit Shame on you .There are many who read reviews Truth is, reviews May or May not paint the accurate picture. I will try to be fair and honest .Most of what I have to say is here in this text "checkout" is something you hear at Walmart or Giant Eagle .T Bone was euthanized within 48 hours after his visit to BPAC on Monday I just checked . Looks like they have 30 staff and seven doctors plus overhead expenses etc. Now I Know why "Checkout" is their Motto and then comes pet care.

My Pomchi had a distal radial fracture that needed a splint change. Her vet was wonderful! She explained everything to us and was excellent to Gypsy. The staff were very nice. Great service and experience!

really caring, gentle staff. could not ask for more gentle, caring vets and techs. great visit, even if our Malamute had a biased opinion on vets in general. They even charmed him .
