They have some good deals from time to time but it's always like a ghost town in there. Hope they can turn things around.

Best But located Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. Absolutely awful. Absolutely disgusted. I paid for geek squad and some other Best Buy reward program, when I purchased my laptop maybe a month ago, to drive 30 minutes for help with setting up an internet security program to be told they couldn’t “recommend” what to use but if i wanted to i could download a program called webroot, never heard of it. And he does not recommend mcafee. Sounds like a poor excuse of not knowing the actual job. No customer service skills, didn’t ask if I needed help or anything. 30 minutes drive to walk in for maybe 3 minutes.

The customer service is getting more lackluster over the years. It's like they stare at you hoping you don't ask for anything. Also, they don't have nearly the items in the home department as what they used to. The galaxy devices are outdone by iPhone cases and cords and what not. I know the iPhone is more popular in the USA, but u think it being best buy they would have a Bigger Samsung phone department since they have a huge Samsung section appliance area in the store.

I'd give this place a negative 10 stars. This place is the biggest rip off ever I recently made an in store purchase which included an eBay gift card which was supposed to have $50 on it however it had $0 I tried reaching out to eBay they said that it was not properly activated. I went to the store where I was told that I was wrong that the card was properly activated and that I should call customer service well after 3 attempts and speaking to and explaining over and over the situation no help I asked to speak to a supervisor and the guy literally told me that the supervisor would tell me to go back to the store I still asked to speak to a supervisor after waiting for a half hour or so that guy couldn't get me to a supervisor and he reiterated that I would have to go in store to which I replied I have noone is helpful and if you call the number listed it literally takes you back to the online customer service this is not cool I'm am out $50 on my credit card. Thank you best buy for steeling from me enjoy my hard earned money. I will never shop at no only this best buy but any ever again.

They don't have many workers. So getting help is slow, and only one person for check out. Pack a lunch.

Geek squad refused to clean my computer (with compressed air) because thea found a dead bug in the inner frame, 40 minute drive, just for them to refuse service over somthing so minimal, never again will i come to this store for electronics, just do it myself
