I bought from Best Buy for the first time in a while and I will not do it again. Their return policy is 15 days from purchase date even though it took a week for my camera to arrive. Next time, just save your time & money & buy from Amazon.

Absolutely horrendous service and Best Buy has lost a customer for life. Purchased a window air conditioner little over three weeks ago that stopped working. The greeter said initially that we couldn’t return it and we’d have to deal with GE directly which is absolutely ridiculous. Then she said since we have a Plus account we can return it so I went to get it from the car while my wife started the return process. When I got back in the store, they then said it couldn’t be returned. I know for sure places like Lowe’s would have had no problem replacing the unit. Now I have to deal with GE and will also have to pay for disposal of the unit that doesn’t work. Terrible return policy, terrible customer service, and a company that will never get another dime from me.

I’ve never had a positive experience at this store. I am never greeted with positive energy, at checkout I am rarely greeted or asked for my phone number to track my purchases (I always have to prompt the cashier to put in my phone number), and whenever I ask to price match I am always told no even when I am fully aware the price match standards are met and are available. I then go to another store and they gladly assist me with price matching, putting in my phone number correctly, and treating me with respect. I have never been to a worse Best Buy location and it’s honestly embarrassing. PLEASE save yourself time and energy, go to another location. Or if you’re a manager at this location, hire better employees.

Ordered online, paid online, and they brought it to my Jeep without having to shop and spend more money, lol. Great service here, I always recommend this location and still do!

I went in for a dvd player and an mp3 player but they dont sell them in store or online, so it was a wasted trip from where i live

Today was my second and probably last visit to this location. Six people that worked for Best Buy were standing around just Just laughing and talking while we were waiting for assistance...after10 minutes we left, first time about a month ago we were given the wrong item for what we requested, upon return we were asked why we did not open it when we bought...we were told we could not open it unless we purchased it, comment back was oh! I have been trying to get thru to the store since this morning to speak to a manager but no matter what selection I make I go to a call center where English is the second language. With so much business failing, does this store even care..?
I do not participate in sites you listed and would have just liked to discuss with store manager. Oh well, solved situation with another person at different facility, NOT Best Buy

Do not order from them they was supposed to deliver a fridge they came with a broken beat on fridge they rescheduled today came with no fridge told us now we have to pick it up do not order from them
