Kaleigh came through at the last minute to make me Husband of the Year. I was thrice thwarted in my attempts to secure a stellar birthday gift for my husband’s birthday. Back Office Plus helped me to produce a blow-up of his art to present to him, same day! Beautiful work and a personal touch.

They made the process so smooth and they very so kind and helpful. No stress, communicative, and efficient. I was seriously impressed - it made my day! I was in and out within 10 minutes.

I thought I had a shipping issue that was going to take time and money but Dan had me in and out of the store with the entire problem solved within 3 minutes. And it only cost me 2 dollars. Highly recommend for any shipping situation!

If only I could rate them 20 stars, I would. I've been coming here for 2 years for everything from gift card printing, photo prints, scanning, printing, faxing, shipping. You name it. Kaleigh is always extremely quick and incredible at what she does for the prints I request. Dan is always more than helpful for my shipping needs. He often has to create a custom box, and he does so with ease. I can't recommend their services enough! Beautiful people and AMAZING at what they do!

I came here to get fingerprinted for a job. I made an appointment at 1:50 pm DAYS in advance. I was not taken back to be completed until almost 2:30. Not to mention, the staff was miserable.

I have had printed multiple types of things from labels to poster size documents to even tee shirts. I've always had quick turnarounds and, not to mention, they are reasonably priced. Kaleigh, specifically, has handled all of my needs and she is A++ in my book!

Kaleigh did a wonderful job with my design and specifications. She was cheerful, professional and patient with my questions. Upon picking up my print job, I had the pleasure of interacting with Dan, who confirmed that I was happy with all of the work. His lively and good natured demeanor made for a great customer service experience. I would happily return to their place should I need them in the future.

I had to get fingerprinting done last minute. Dan was beyond amazing helping me get reregistered for the correct test, and went even further above and beyond trying to help me find the code online since my HR wasn’t responding. I had my infant and toddler with me, but no one made me feel like a hinderance. While we waited, Dan saw a delivery driver was having a bad day, so offered them free food and water. I don’t need these services often, but this is the BEST place to go when I do need them.
