The guy behind the counter was extremely nice. My battery had to be jumped daily to even start so I went there to get it charged and hoped that would help, but he instead wanted to test my battery and found out I was missing an ion (I think?) and this was the first time out of MANY PLACES that told me something was wrong. He also wanted to test my alternator too (which I never knew you could do) and that turned out to be okay. So I bought a new battery and he took off $10 and gave me the 10% discount so all around he was awesome and took care of me very well!

Came in due to a check light indicator. Walked in and Tony greeted me immediately and was very professional and got me the results of it and was overall just an awesome employee handling everything j needed done. Wonderful job Tony thank you

Can't say enough good things about my last trip to AutoZone. Brandon G was terrific. He was so friendly and personable. He was knowledgeable too. He went above and beyond to change a tail light bulb in the dark and cold. He needed several tools and it was difficult. He perserved. He was patient and chatted with us all the while! We definitely recommend them and will be back! Thank you!

Tony went above and beyond with my visit today at the storeHe took the initiative and put the part on my truck while I looked at other items in the store. I did not ask him to do this. It's nice to see someone taking The initiative and helping out the customer 5 stars to tony.

The manager at the Bethel Park store changed a headlight bulb in my car that I bought at Advance auto parts. Couldn't have been more helpful.

I purchased a duralast toolbox from Autozone. I called in today to see if I could find the replacement for the latches because they are faulty. Brandon of the store said the toolbox is 100 % warranted and that I could get the new toolbox if I come in. I mentioned to him that I wanted to save Autozone the money if they could replace the latches but okay that sounds great, I told him. I was not planning to do this now ,but I thought why not. Richard Poorman (manager) told me he can't help me. He was completely unsympathetic and even told me the latches aren't even sold. He clearly did not care what an inconvenience this all caused me. Just a waste of a trip and a bad investment

Really cool people who are polite and willing to help. Some simple items, lights, wipers, batteries, they will even install for you. Also usually beating the prices of other auto stores, which is a big factor in me coming back. Please dont change this! Appreciate you guys, you do great!

Gene C. sales manager in Auto Zine Bethel park did an amazing job for me today morning. I ended up there today morning to get lower beam and brake lights but not sure if I could fix ‘em by myself. Gene C. came forward and helped me finding the products and replaced them within no time. It was so quick and on top of it an amazing help always appreciated from my end. I noticed last night that one of my headlight bulbs burnt out. So today I dropped by Autozone to get a replacement. They offered to put the bulb in for me! That is fantastic and of course I said yes. I really appreciate that they did this.
