“The guy behind the counter was extremely nice. My battery had to be jumped daily to even start so I went there to get it charged and hoped that would help, but he instead wanted to test my battery and found out I was missing an ion (I think?) and this was the first time out of MANY PLACES that told me something was wrong. He also wanted to test my alternator too (which I never knew you could do) and that turned out to be okay. So I bought a new battery and he took off $10 and gave me the 10% discount so all around he was awesome and took care of me very well!”

They did it much more promptly than other times we've had to send the car out, fixed it quite well as far as we can tell, and handled all of the insurance details for us in a very hands-off manner. Lastly, they were very friendly and personable, and even gave us some excellent advice on places where we could drop the rental car off so as to make the puzzle of how to transport two people and three cars without a lot of back and forth.”
