When I had another problem pop up about a week later they got back to the insurance company and fixed the second part without hesitation. Same day. My new 2023 van had received parking lot scrapes, abrasions and scratches. Maceil’s provided an estimate including the time and described the process they would use. Their rates are also posted in the office and are very reasonable. They scheduled the service within a short timeframe and at my convenience.
