Every time I call and leave a message to make an appointment, I don't get a call back.**EDITED*I haven't been there in so long because I didn't receive calls back. Also, my voicemail box is not full, I just checked it. And instead of making it right, you just want me to look for another groomer? Wasn't expecting that.

When my family moved into the area about a year and a half ago we had a hard time finding a good groomer for our Pomsky Atlas. After several failures/disappointments and about 4 months of at home grooming, I. WAS. OVER. IT. On top of that, Atlas wouldn’t let me get to his nails the way they needed so he was sliding around our floors every single day, poor thing.I was ready to throw in the towel and spend the premium for mobile grooming because I felt like we just couldn’t win with brick & mortar locations. That was until my Husband came home one day & told me about A Wizard of Paws. He saw the sign for the store on the way home and loved the name. I thought it was really cute too & it was close to home so why not? It couldn’t be any worse than what we’ve experienced the last year & a half right?I am so happy we took a chance on this business!!! The ladies that work here are amazing, so kind, friendly & passionate about what they do. We had a small mix up with the scheduling & they went above & beyond to take accountability for the mishap & fix it. We really appreciate that!When we picked Atlas up, he looked like a whole new dog! He was sooo happy and smelled great. I did have to do a once over w/ my Dyson supersonic when we got home but I won’t fault the staff for that. He’s a Pomsky with a double coat & sometimes his coat feels dry when it’s not. About 10 minutes of supersonic blast & he was all dry. No biggie.We fully plan on bringing him back here & laying some roots down. We enjoyed talking to the staff & loved how well they took care of our fluffbutt. This past year & a half has been full of changes & getting accustomed to our new life. I’m so happy we are finding normalcy.Thank you A Wizard of Paws for just being great people. I wish I had the names of all the ladies we spoke to but you know who you are & we will see you again & again &… well you get the point. ?

Ashley is literally the best!! She makes every pup look so good! She’s great with my nervous springer and amazing with my drooling setter! I can’t say enough good things about the entire place too. They’re all so nice and professional and you can’t beat their prices!

My Rough Collie Poppy has been getting groomed here for about a year. Prices are good, they treat her well, and I'm always happy with how she looks afterwards. Scheduling is generally flexible and they give you a nice heads up when your pup will be done so you can leave and get there right on time.

Me and my 3 dogs loved this place since they were at their old location. We were with them since moving to our new home. We followed them to their new location and continued our svc. After everyone bounced back from covid, I've been trying to set up an appt as a continued customer, leaving messages several times and still trying to contact them today, to set up appts for my 3 dogs, but still haven't gotten any response back. I'm not sure if this happened to anyone else, but it's terribly sad that it came down to me writing this review. I wish them the best of luck and we have moved on to another great per grooming svc near me.

My two senior Maltese rescue dogs (not much experience with groomers in their past) LOVE their groomer Rose and I know they are in good hands with her. Someone recommended Wizard of Paws to me, and boy, were they right.

It was disappointing to read several other reviews, I can only respond with our own experiences over the 4-5 yrs. of going there at both locations.We take "Sam" to them about once a month for a bath and nail trim. While he's a high strung boxer/lab mix, somehow they've managed to keep him calm and (he) always comes home looking and smelling great..Our daughter's have also taken their dogs to Wizard of Paws and likewise, have had very positive experiences.Bob B.

These girls are great! My dog was suffering from some kind of food related allergy, super itchy. Rebecca recommend a specific type of food fir him and it worked almost immediately! So besides providing quality service their overall knowledge of pet health is a plus. It’s worth the 30 minute drive…
