Spent 7 hrs at the vet hospital, had not had anything to eat or drink during our wait, found this 7-11 still open after midnight. The young man on duty was so friendly and supportive!!! He was a ray of sunshine in my darkest hour! He was kind, courteous and supportive!!! Job well done! I give more than 5 stars!!!!

This store is a total dump. The owner obviously doesn't know how to run a business. Only 2 employees that have a clue what is going on and the rest are rude and have no idea what they r doing. I hate to even give it one star. This place shouldn't receive any stars it should actually owe some!

This place is horrible. I worked at 711 for years. The people here are ignorant to the customers and when you put your number in to save money on cigarettes they dont hit the total button to take the 2$ off. Like I am a moron.

I have had no problem with most of the people who work there, except one (the girl who works daylight) she is ignorant, and doesn't belong working with the public! She has no clue what the store/customer etiquette is! I have had many problems with the rewards program not giving me credit for the things I buy, and also constant problems with the ATM, as was the case yesterday. So naturally I asked this employee what the problem was with the ATM, she said "we don't have anything to do with that" to which I said 7-Eleven sucks! She then basicly told me shop somewhere else, and said she was tired of hearing customers complaints! Hello!, the customers wouldn't be complaining, if things weren't so messed up at this store!!! She has a bad attitude, and I am taking my $$$ elsewhere! Do yourself a favor, and go up the street to the Shell store!

BEWARE DONT SHOP HERE THIS COMPANY RIPPED ME OFF AT THE GAS PUMP I PREPAID $70 WORTH OF GAS WHICH ENDED UP BEING TO MUCH ,SO AFTER COMPLETING THE TRANSACTIONTHE GAS PUMP SCREEN SAID GO INSIDE TO GET REFUNDONCE INSIDE THE CASHIER STATED HE DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO REFUND ME AND THAT IT WOULD BE BACK ON MY CARDCHECKED ACCOUNT THREE DAYS LATER NO CREDIT“BEEN CHARGED FULL AMOUNT “

Wow! I could tell something changed about this 7 eleven after remodeling and bussiness is more customer oriented and more helpful and positive attitude from every associate and reward program is made aware of and ask every transaction and I'm there daily getting fresh made salads and hoogies and more they provide! Coming to the knowledge of New ownership which blows my mind how much this 7 eleven has changed and I highly recommend for they have Auto needs, accessories..
