“Old school body shop. I don' think he takes insurance. I did a cash job with him. I had him color match some tow mirror covers for me truck. He writes your contact info down on a sheet of notebook paper. I had to stop in 2 times to check on the progress. Overall it took about 5 weeks. First visit he forgot about no big deal. Second time he painted the tow mirror covers but lost my contact info. The tow mirrors covers came out great. I'll give them another try in the future.”

They told me the next nearest Napa and then when I said I didn’t want to drive that far they gave me an alternative option that was the same oil filter essentially and was cheaper.”

“On 3-21-24 I was driving home to Sharon Pa noticed my front headlight bulb was out. I got off the highway and went to Advance Auto and purchased a bulb. ANGELA WAS FANTASTIC! She was so FRIENDLY EFFICIENT AND JUST OVERALL AWESOME! She rang up my purchase and even went outside in the rain and changed the bulb for me. Both of the ladies working last night (3-22-24) were so friendly and very knowledgeable! Kudos to these two ladies! If Management is reading this just know you have 2 fantastic employees in those two ladies ??? I will definitely make the drive from Sharon to New Castle to go to this store…….the customer service I receive from these 2 ladies is worth the extra miles down the highway! “Preston was the only dealership within 200 miles that had an available 4Runner in the color and model I wanted. I inquired online and Ty contacted me right away.
