There was one guy who gave us tips and tricks to find the right gear to suit playing style and frequency, and spent easily half an hour working closely with us. On one piece of gear, a tab was missing. He found a spare and took the time to install it for us. The store sharpened and baked the skates, which was super helpful. They even wrapped the new-to-us stick. The store was filled with gear, it was clean, and we got served better than I expected. Exceeded expectations all around.”
