“I've used multiple storage companies before this and this place has been good to me so far. I just had rent increase after only a short term so after contacting customer service I spoke with the location manager and he was able to help me go thru the process of requesting to negotiate a lower the increase in rent. The location isn't at the best intersection and the property could definitely use some work but I've seen worse.”
“I think this place is clean and has excellent customer service. I only gave it four stars because the access hours are so goofy. I’m someone who needs to access the unit sometimes early in the day or late afternoon. It’s just frustrating that their access hours are more limited than other facilities.”
“Can even begin to rave about my experience. Bought a camper and needed some storage for it and didn’t have many options around. Called into the office and was able to come in immediately to set up my account to store my 26 foot rv. Chris and Garry both went above and beyond to help me, you will regret not setting yourself up at this facility. Great experience. 5 stars”

“Came into the office to talk to someone about my rent increase and I was greeted with a warm welcome from the manager Annie. She explained that from 6-12 months I would get a rent increase but there is a way that she can help me with a better rate. Immediately I thought to myself she understands what GOOD BUSINESS is. She then told me about the options I have as far as transferring into another unit or smaller. She asked to see my unit to see if i was occupying the entire unit an we came up with a plan for me to down size because only 75% (her words) was being occupied . She was very knowledgeable and made me aware that the transfer process was easy. She told me that I had an entire day to move my things which was super helpful and she even made it a priority to come check on me to make sure I was doing okay while I was moving my items to my new unit. This young lady deserves to be recognized because not only was she helpful she also showed that she cares about her tenants here. Thank you so much for all of your help Annie”

They worked with my work schedule so i could come in and look at the facility and see my space I rented. They are very honest and helpful. I did have some trouble originally finding the building because it is tucked behind Pivot Therapy but i am glad i found it. I am confident in LG keeping my work supplies and belongings safe.”
