I rarely write reviews but need to express my gratitude to Ms. Krissy. My son had his first blood drawl with her and she was amazing with him. He was so nervous, but she talked him through it and made the experience so much easier for the both of us. Even if there is a wait, we’ll be coming back just because of her!

Kristine is the greatest. She has me laughing and happy every time I leave. You will find no one who works harder than her. Her work is painless and meticulous. She is also amazing with children. I’ve taken all my kids to hear and she’s quick and loving and they don’t even get upset! We are so lucky to have her in our neighborhood. Thank you Kris!!!

Kristine/ Krissy is AMAZING! Went there myself before for blood draw, and the second time with my 2.5y old son. She was doing everything on her own (at least, I didn’t see another employee there), and kept on being friendly, even though it was slightly busy. Thank you again Krissy for being so lovely!

This is the only labcorp location I will go to from now on. I am super afraid of needles (PTSD from having cancer), and the 2 times I have come here, the staff always take care of me and make me feel as comfortable as possible. I had my doctor prescribe me ativan before my appointment but I still ended up super anxious and started having a panic attack as soon as all the blood draw materials were brought back. Miss Kristine/Kristie (I wish I remembered her name correctly! My memory is a little hazy Im sorry!) went above and beyond for me today. She did breathing exercises with me, reassured me, laid me down, gave me an ice pack for my neck, talked me through everything she was doing, and helped keep my anxiety at a manageable level during the blood draw. I seriously would not have been able to do it without her! Some places have turned me away because my panic attacks become too severe for them to feel comfortable drawing my blood, but she worked with me and helped keep my panic manageable. I truly appreciate her, as well as the compassion and care she shows for patients, and hope she is there the next time I have to come back!

This place is great. I'll be coming here from now on. Very busy, but got me in for my appointment a few minutes early anyway. Kristine cracked jokes, serenaded me with Ed Sheeran, and had all the blood drawn quick and painlessly. She's the best!

The staff at Labcorp Berwyn go above and beyond.Friendly, provided quality care, and patient. My surgeons did not yet forward my orders to them, and they were understanding and compassionate as I waited on hold. As soon as my order arrived, I was taken back, and out the door within 10 minutes.Thank you Labcorp Berwyn!

I am a difficult stick due to small veins but Kristine in Berwyn did a great and fast job. This has not always been my experience. She was terrific.

Horrible one person operation for high volume of people needing services. Long waiting and delays. Untrained phlebotomist gave huge black and bruises at blood draw site on arms.

Very late but important review for parents thinking of taking infants here. DONT DO IT. I had to take my newborn son in for bloodwork and the pediatrician had given me a few places to go, this being one of them. When I showed up I asked if they had experience with newborns, was reassured yes. Did not have to wait too too long (about 20 minutes), but they didn’t have anything set up for him to lay in-so I held him. There were two women, one being trained, and i could feel their nervousness about taking a newborn baby’s blood. They put multiple-5 to be exact- holes in his heels to try and fill the vials they needed as not enough blood was coming out-they just kept sticking him over and over, and my son was naturally a hysterical wreck. I assumed this struggle was normal, though it was incredibly traumatic for me to watch…THEN I got news the following day that the test had failed and I had to take him back. I couldn’t believe it. I REFUSED to take him there and instead took him to Paoli hospitals blood draw center. The process was streamlined, they obviously knew what they were doing, and I felt safe and secure with my child in their hands. Oh and he barely cried. They had a little foot warmer on his ankle to bring more circulation to his feet and the whole thing lasted 3 minutes. They then ran the test right then and there to make sure they got what they needed. Easy peasy.Don’t ever go here if you can avoid it. Not just for newborns, but for adults too. My pediatrician was appalled and said they would never send another client to them again.Doesn’t ever seem like the people working there like working there at all….

They left big bruises on both hands but couldn't get the blood test, also, the lab workers took a blood tests without rubber gloves, fully unsanitary conditions

I meant to write a review a few weeks ago...Five stars because it is not the employees' fault that this location is severely understaffed. The nurse who assisted me (Shakira) was friendly, efficient and doing her best to see patients as quickly as possible. Just be forewarned: you need to have patience, even if you have an appointment you have to be prepared to wait. I waited maybe an additional 15-20 minutes beyond my appt. time. They turned away a gentleman who tried to walk in without an appt. Again, this is not for lack of care or effort on the part of the employees, it is because management does not provide enough staffing to support the hours of this location. It is frustrating, but we should all try and practice some kindness and patience when we can.
