Absolutely worst customer service. We needed to have several blood tests done and because one of the tests was falling on the day the lab was closed, they didn't want to do the others. Told me to come back the next day. Came back the next day, told me my doctor wasn't in their system so they couldn't perform the test. Complete waste of time, avoid.

I went in today for routine lab work I got there 15 min early checked in and they texted me almost instantly that they were ready for me. I went in and was greeted by Kristine. She was so friendly and down to earth made the check in process so smooth. She then took me back, and let me tell you this woman is good at what she does. She had me in and out in 10 min. This is the only place I will ever go for labs, it turned a normally unpleasant chore into a breeze. Thank you Kristine !

I started going here because the location was convenient, but I keep coming back for Kris (who is the absolute best). I have seen her three times so far and never want to go anywhere else for bloodwork. Quick and painless, every time.

I came here to give Kristine a shout out, and see I'm not the only one! My young son needed his first blood draw and was so scared. Kristine couldn't have been any better! She blended professionalism and expertise with kindness and humor, which helped put my little one at ease. She kept him distracted the whole time the needle was in his arm while low-key safely securing his arm.
If you have a peds blood draw, see Kristine!

I walked in one day at 10:45 am. Before I even got through the door, the person behind the desk yelled at me "I'm not taking nobody else! We're closed for lunch" and I said "yes, you close for lunch in 15 minutes at 11am." She said she has too many people she still has to help and isn't taking anymore until after lunch. I said she didn't need to yell at me and could have just explained that and I would have understood. She told me she yelled because people can't hear her through the glass. Regardless of her volume, her demeanor was extremely unprofessional. So I told her I'd go to another lab and she said "good!" Again, so rude and unprofessional. Labcorp should be embarrassed to employ someone who acts like that. I went to another Labcorp location a few miles away and they were much better.

Kristine was so amazing! Kind, friendly and great at her job! I feel like I want to get more blood drawn just to hang with her ?!

This place is a dump. It reeked of cigarette smoke when I walked in. The person at the front desk told me that she left the back door open "because the place smells like urine" and some men in the back were smoking outside. (A clean healthcare facility should not smell like urine.) The area where you get your blood drawn looked like the back storage area of a pizza shop, with boxes and other items strewn everywhere. It was a mess. I had brought my baby daughter to get a test and decided to leave because I was worried about the sanitary conditions there. The person at the desk was nice, but I would never let someone take my blood there. I'm surprised LabCorp hasn't shut down this location or replaced management. It's a local news story waiting to happen.

I rarely write reviews but need to express my gratitude to Ms. Krissy. My son had his first blood drawl with her and she was amazing with him. He was so nervous, but she talked him through it and made the experience so much easier for the both of us. Even if there is a wait, we’ll be coming back just because of her!

Kristine is the greatest. She has me laughing and happy every time I leave. You will find no one who works harder than her. Her work is painless and meticulous. She is also amazing with children. I’ve taken all my kids to hear and she’s quick and loving and they don’t even get upset! We are so lucky to have her in our neighborhood. Thank you Kris!!!

Kristine/ Krissy is AMAZING! Went there myself before for blood draw, and the second time with my 2.5y old son. She was doing everything on her own (at least, I didn’t see another employee there), and kept on being friendly, even though it was slightly busy. Thank you again Krissy for being so lovely!
