David was great! Very informative and easy to talk with about everything related to the car and its features. He was reachable by phone or text with questions and made us feel completely comfortable with the whole process of buying a pre owned car. He went over the entire history of the car in detail and was super informative about the details of the history of it. We hve always and will always support Keystone Volvo and have been buying cars there since the early 1980s

Since buying my Volvo, I have become a regular customer that always leave the dealership happy with my experience. The staff is informative, helpful and honest about wait time if you don’t get a loaner which is another plus because it has given me the opportunity to try out the newer vehicle. My recent experience with Rich was excellent as he educated me about what my car needed to be healthy and road ready. I drive from Philly to this location because I would not trust anyone else with my car

In the past, great experiences with the service team. This time not so much. Had to chase down updates multiple times. One of the items that was worked on was not addressed and had to go back to the dealership. Shocked that there was no empathy, felt like no one wasn’t listening to me, or “hey, we made a mistake, apologies that we have made the experience less than ideal. We will get right on it. How can we make things better?” For example when I returned and when the clerk asked how this was going to be charged. I let them know what happened and that was ignored and the team continued to have a conversation as though I was not present. ?

It's lways a pleasure when I take my car to Keystone Volvo of Berwyn. I never have to wonder how my car is being handled and they keep you informed along the way and are very professional from start to finish. I got a complimentary car wash as an added bonus to getting my car serviced. If you want professional and proficiency for your Volo take your car to them.
