Calling me back when she found what I was asking for. Making ALL of the extra effort - an increasing rarity in this day and age!
She took my details over the phone, followed up with me via text, and communicated with the Business Manager, John, to get the order shipped out to me the very next day.
Package arrived within days, everything packaged securely and beautifully.

Steve and staff also helped me determine which items had minimal residual value and could be donated. “Kellmer’s has been my go to jewelry store for many years. I have been wearing a necklace purchased 20 years ago and I continue to get compliments on it. They stand by their jewelry and do excellent repair work when it’s needed. Jeff helped design a ring that I wanted (3 thin gold bands-white, yellow and rose fused together) and suggested we put little diamonds in it. I never get tired of looking at it! Jeff can provide appraisals on your jewelry for insurance purposes which is very important to have. A great jewelry store!”
