They offered me $11 to trade in a putter I bought from them for $120 8 months ago and are charging $120 for used sw they probably got for $11. Will never return here. Everyone should go back to 2nd swing instead.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike at Golf Galaxy, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. I was on the hunt for a specific shaft for my driver, and Mike went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit. 10/10 experience.

I had an exceptional customer experience with the store manager MichaelS. He established credibility with me immediately. Rather than spend money on new equipment, with his guidance and some time in the simulator, I re-gripped my clubs, bought a range finder, some balls, and a couple of shirts. I still spent $600 and was absolutely appreciative of the experience. As I continue to re-commit to the game I will indeed be back to work with Michael on a set of fitted clubs.

Mike was an extremely knowledgeable older gentlemen who taught me everything I needed to know about improvement irons, player irons and distance irons. He helped me calculate swing speed and smash factor and helped me measure up for a new set.
Great experience, first time at that location.

Bought a new Qi10 ls, Ping G430 3 woods and Mizuno JPX 923 4-PW. Best experience this 8 handicapper ever had purchasing golf clubs. George, a pleasant gentleman who greeted me as soon as I walked over to fitting area helped me as I tested out numerous drivers, woods and irons over 2 hours. Then Michael, the general manager also jumped in to helped and educated me in the selection that fits my swing. It was on par to a fitting service I received in the past. Thank you both for your amazing service and professionalism. ?

From the moment I arrived the customer service was excellent. I was greeted by Staff in a timely manner. I've only been playing a few years and was a bit nervous going into the fitting just because I didn't know what to expect. My friend Pat had been fit at this store recently and had nothing but good things to say about it. I can now say I agree with him 100%. Mike was my Mastet Fitter and from the moment i started warming up to my last swing of the iron I was testing, it was a great experience. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to and took time to explain everything I was seeing on the screen as well as answering any questions I had. I was incredibly satisfied and will be back for a putter, long game and driver fitting with Mike in the coming weeks. Thanks again Mike, keep up the great work!!!

A worker named Matthew Rittenhouse was a HUGE help today. I got fitted for a Srixon iron set and he essentially fixed my swing. The TrackMan there is a big help not to mention people who know what they’re talking about. If you can get him, I’d highly recommend Matt. Not only did he help me but would answer questions other customers had while doing it which I had an appreciation for in itself. Thanks Matt and I hope you see this!

Bought my Bushnell Ion Elite GPS a little less than 90 days ago. During a round of golf today the screen started flickering and it stop working. Took it back and explained to manager Michael S what had occurred. He cleaned it and plugged it in… and tried several times starting it up. After failing to start… he agreed there was something wrong with the watch. He quickly retrieved a new watch and proceeded to ringing me up free of charge. The entire visit lasted 20 minutes.Mike and his team were very attentive and eager to help. I recommend this location for any golf purchase you are considering.

Came in on Saturday morning looking for a children's 7 iron. Was kindly greeted at check out and asked if I needed any help. Drew came out and was a huge help!! So thankful for his time. My son and I happily left Golf Galaxy with what we were looking for plus a really cool headcover. Thank you!
