I placed my first order here last week and didn't give them much notice. Erik helped me. I didn't even give specifics as to font or size cause I just didn't know. Gave him the mug and he did a fantastic job. It looked perfect! Will definitely be back for future specialized gifts.

This was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Erik J. Christian did an amazing job helping me create custom championship rings for a golf trip I planned. Not only did he keep me updated the entire time but he went above and beyond to get me the rings in time for the my trip. They came out amazing!! 10/10 recommend this place for your trophy needs. Crown Trophy in Berwyn was the perfect spot to get a brass plate with customized wording stenciled. They were professional, and did the work with a quick turnaround. They helped me complete the perfect "trophy" gift. I highly recommend them and will be sure to go back for future needs.

I forgot to pick up my trophies for the big game the next day and didn't realize it until the store had closed. THEY ACTUALLY came back to the store, just to save my day! I will ALWAYS use this location for my trophies!!!!!!! YOU CANT BEAT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THANK YOU ERIK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used Crown Trophy to purchase a trophy for my fantasy football league and found EXACTLY what I was looking for almost immediately. Everyone who worked there was extremely friendly, helpful, and most importantly efficient. I worked with Erik Christensen and he was able to show me a variety of options as well as great prices that I could not find anywhere else on the Main Line. I am definitely going back to them for all other trophies for our league, and I highly recommend their services. With their more than reasonable prices and quick turnover on the actual engravings and structure of the trophy was simply unmatched. Thanks again everyone!
