I experienced straight up RACISM this morning as I stopped in to pick up a few things before work. I usually stop here 2 to 3 times a week depending on the week. I usually encounter a nice African American male who works there or a shorter Indian male who also works there who are both usually polite. Today as I pulled up to the store front and walked in I was asked by another Indian male who I’ve seen once before when I stopped in for Gas one afternoon ( he was scolding the African American male employee in front of customers it was very uncomfortable to watch) He asked me if I seen the no parking sign I replied “no”and proceeded to grab the same 3 items I usually get in the morning he then says to me “ YOU WILL NOT BE SERVED HERE” I said “excuse me are you serious? I come here 3 days a week!” The shorter Indian male who I usually interact with during my morning visits stepped in and said “ no no she’s ok mam please grab your items” at that point I felt as though I am not spending my money where I am not welcome and walked out. I was not asked to move my car I was not pointed in the direction to park it I was denied service!! ARE WE STILL LIVING IN THE 1940’s? As and African American woman who works in the area I cannot express how deeply saddened I was from this experience. Whoever that man is needs to take a few courses on Customer service, Customer relationships, Equity and Equality being expressed towards every customer!!

this a nicely kept gas station with affordable prices, and most of the employees are fantastic.however, the younger african american women who works there has always been a miserable…..person. i absolutely hate when i have to interact with her and her attitude but it’s going too far.the last few times i’ve tried to go in to pay for gas, she has the door locked. she claims it’s for a bathroom break, yet today me and multiple others were forced to stand in over 100° heat for 10+ minutes while we waited for her to come unlock the door. there have been times i’ve had to wait over 20 minutes for her to finish her “bathroom break”.all while the doors are locked, you have multiple customers who are paying for their gas in cash. so we are forced to abandon our car at one of the 6 pumps while traffic zooms in from the main road (coming from a VERY high speed road with ZERO visibility of the parking lot), the line piles up, and cars entering almost crash into the line.her “bathroom breaks” are potentially fatal to drivers. it would be much easier for drivers and the company if she would just admit that she doesn’t want to do her job.edit: oh and what are the odds that i go there at a different time nearly every day, and single time im there, she’s in the bathroom and there’s a line of cars?

The owner patiently put his iphone and ipad in charging in front of me while holding my purchase but not scanning, then when I paid him $x.17 instead of $x.70, his tone sounded very impatient, made me feel it's a great guilt to mishear that. I don't think I'll go there again.

Wow!!!! The worst 7-eleven ever... Most of the pricing wrong, and they don't care cause they will not admire what they advertise which is against the law (which they still don't care)
