Pam is ridiculous and so is Eddie, pam just argues and gets upset when you ask her questions, seems to me like she needs to take a vacation. If they get frustrated with you asking questions just so you make sure it is a smooth transaction then they just tell you that they are not going to sell the part to you. They also have a shady way of accepting payments through paypal. They make you send it as a Friend or Family Member (which means if there is any problem with you part and you want a refund, they can just choose not to refund you and there is nothing you or Paypal can do about it as you sent the payment under the friend or family member. Poor customer service skills. Pam then lies and tells people i cursed at her. (Which i obviously did not and proceeds to tell other people not to answer my calls) I even offered Eddie the call recording as all my calls are recorded, he said that he does not care. WHAT A JOKE.
