Have had all three of our vehicles here after we found Shaffers and every time the work has been done on or ahead of schedule and at or below the initial estimate. The last time I had work scheduled and then called to move it up a day. Signals got crossed and it was not ready when I stopped by after work to pick it up . . . their response was to pull it in and get it done before they closed and wait for me to come back to pay and pick it up. Any other place would have said sorry, come back tomorrow but Shaffers accommodated us and got it done which shows the true definition of customer focus in how they operate. I have recommended them to several coworkers who are now going to use them exclusively after receiving the same level of service as we have. The automotive repair business is challenging especially with the newer technology but Shaffers has the skills to get the work done and the attention to customers that will have them coming back.

Picked up my car for me after it let me sit at my mother's house due to ignition issues a few months back. They had it fixed and inspected in no time at all. Cole texted me a few days later to make sure everything was running okay. Great service, great people! Staff was very friendly when I went in for a different issue about a week ago. They had my radiator fan fixed in under 24 hours, which was a surprise with as many cars were there. 10/10 would recommend! I've never found a garage I was happy to bring my cars to until now. These guys are so trusting, I wouldn't go elsewhere.

Would not ever take a vehicle here, they are completely irresponsible and unprofessional. Damaged my dash. They should of paid to replace my dash, they gouged it and scratched it all up. The gouged wasn't fixed it just looks like melted plastic, put a ton of scratches all over glove box have to replace. Stuck scratches on panelling above glove box. Who ever did the inspection was totally irresponsible. It's like they have high schoolers working for them. They don't call when they tell you they are going to call.

Don't go here. They won't torque your lugs to spec then just blame you for it. Then you lose your lugs when you are driving.

I've gotten my inspection done here for 2 years now and it's always a pleasure. I have bad anxiety and they never make me feel like I'm stupid. This year they noticed a wheel bearing needed changed even though it's not part of the inspection. I'm glad they look out for their customers! I appreciate and love this place. After we got the car we still heard a noise, they fit us in real quick. We dropped the car off the night before and got it the next day. It was a simple fix and cost us nothing. It was a good peace of mind!

I've been going to them for 2 years straight now with my inspection. This year they noticed a wheel bearing needed changed even though that's not part of the inspection. I'm glad to know they look out for their customers. I have really bad anxiety and they've never made me feel stupid. I recommend them to everyone I know. Even after replacing the wheel bearing there was a sound. They fit me in, we dropped the car off at night, and the next day they called to pick it up. It was a simple fix and didn't cost anything. I absolutely love this shop.
