The Pharmacist was an absolute ANGEL! when no one had the meds my son needed, she was able to help us and my goodness was she the absolute sweetest woman and so very helpful! The world needs more caring people like that! Thank you so much for your help!!!!

The store is usually well staffed and everyone is normally friendly. The last few months though they have been quite a few empty shelves. I don't believe it all has to do with supply issues either. This evening for instance there was no whole milk at all. No sizes available. I believe the store is being stocked only once a day and it should be more as it is a busy store. May have to give my business to Weis.

Pharmacy On Tuesday, November 2nd, a woman at the pharmacy counter gave me paperwork for a Covid booster and told me I could come back on Friday, between 3:30 and 4:00, as a walk-in. The timing was important to my schedule. When I showed up today, Friday, November 5th, as instructed, the girl at the counter asked if I had an appointment. As I handed her my paperwork, I told her no and what the previous employee instructed me to do. She turned her back to me and shared her disgust with another employee and started running around. She spoke to the pharmacist (a very nice guy that’s been there for years) and proceeded to tell me that there were problems with their computers and they wouldn’t be able to do anything for me. My question? Why did she ask if I had an appointment? Would the computers have magically worked if I had? I called our Bloomsburg Giant, told them how I was treated at this store and they told me to come right down. It’s very disappointing that a business I’ve patronized for so many years was so inconsiderate. Maybe you should stop advertising you do “walk-ins” if it’s going to be such a big problem for you.

Thank you for having all registers staffed and all employees were so nice! Not just today but everyday! I thanked them for dealing with the mass hysteria that is going on. It’s scary now not knowing what can happen but the staff continues to work not knowing if they will be infected or not. Love Giant Briar Creek store!

Customer service is phenomenal! I live in another state but was in Berwick visiting family and forgot my prescription at home. The pharmacist was wonderful to work with in getting my prescription transferred. In my profession, I work with pharmacies and hands down, this has been one of the best interactions I've had!
