I would recommend thinking twice about coming to this clinic for care for your animal. There have been multiple instances now that they have done negligent work. Not only did we mention our cats ears twice and get sent home with her ears still dirty each time, but now they lost an important sample we got and dropped off. Not to be graphic but the same cat had blood in her stool and this was the first we had seen it so imagine our unhappiness when we found out it was “lost in transit”. The call sounded like he was saving himself, and also it took days for them to find out even though that should’ve been something that was overnighted. We’ve had animals our whole lives an have never heard of a sample just getting lost. Especially one with a name and phone number written on the bottle also. ? Be cautious of what they tell you an pay close attention to what they do. Below are two photos:
1. The black you see deep in her ear is what should’ve been cleaning but evidently they thought I wouldn’t check
2. Half the Q-tips from cleaning her ears the following day with help from a parent who is a vet tech
Edit: After being told twice to just clean her ears from here we took her somewhere else an she does have an infection an now has had it for months.

I've never had a bad experience with this office. They've always treated my pets with compassion and have been very helpful with whatever I come in for. I've been going here since I was a kid and don't plan on ever changing that. The vet is especially wonderful, the techs are great, and the receptionists are friendly. When something is wrong, they comfort both the animals and the humans.

Took my Frenchies for an initial visit. After discontinuing services with Brookhill Vet. The Technician was very nice professional and asked great questions. Dr. Smith was awesome took his time explaining my concerns. Knew actually what medication to give my fur babies. Didn’t rush the appointment at all. He made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. I’m so glad I found a Vet to call home for my doggies.

Called Monday afternoon and got an appointment the very next morning. Dr. Smith gave Cookie the care that was needed. Cookie is now doing fine.

Dr. Smith and his staff are incredible. From your new puppy to a complicated older dog, they take the time to understand your needs and evaluate every situation. They are extremely professional as well as compassionate.

Everyone is so friendly, returns calls quickly, frequently check on my cat after a visit/problem. Prices are reasonable. Everyone is compassionate, gentle and kind when they are treating my cat. Ivy is wonderful!!!
