First of all the people who was working there weren't working just standing around ignoring customers and talking. No coffee and stale doughnuts that my husband got sick from. Never going there again.

They do have ready made food, as well as a hot counter that uses a touchscreen for ordering, but if you are in a rush it's not a great place to stop quickly. The hot orders take way too long and the cashiers are snippy with their little attitudes. They make things slower and more difficult to check out of there. The donuts are so delicious and they have a huge variety of items. Also an ATM and scratch off ticket lottery machine. Must say that the chicken is pretty darn good, tho! For sure!

I was in love with the popcorn chicken…literally said I wanted to own a Redner’s. Then, I had the chicken sandwich…truly terrible. Maybe fried while frozen solid? Frozen multiple times? Just badService was great, prices were solid.

Always open. Good selection of cold drinks, made-to-order foods, and they have soft pretzels. Water by the case is reasonably priced and Redner's famous fried chicken remains the best in Berks. Small parking lot/area to fuel-up, friendly staff.
