Jonathan's is probably the best service center in Berks County the mechanics and everyone that works there are very friendly and knowledgeable I have been going there for about 6 years but new the mechanics there and the owner Jonathan I'm very pleased with them I grew up in that area and they always had the greatest reputation I don't know why it took me so long to get there I will continue to take my wife's vehicles my mother-in-law's and my three vehicles there

Great place, but not flexible for times for car maintenaince any more. I would have to rent a car customer service not. And I hate putting in bad reviews. Just want people to know so they are not stuck.

I had to deduct one star. They inspected our truck but lost the wheel lock key. It was very inconvenient finding that the key was missing when having new tires installed. When asked about it they said that they had no idea where it was but admitted that they needed it in order to perform the state inspection. I know that the wheel lock key was in the glove box when we dropped the truck off and a few weeks later when we needed it, it wasn't there.Good gas and service shop. I had a slow leak in a tire and they fixed it quickly and the cost was very fair. I buy all my gas there.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was scheduled for an appointment with no set given time & I arrived early around 11:45. I was told that the garage I needed was closed and that trucks will be there soon and I was sent home after driving 30 mins to get there..nobody called me to give me a heads up either. Please go somewhere else, the customer service isn't bad but the mechanic's do not have the customers best interest and THEY CARE MORE ABOUT THERE TIME THAN YOURS.

This is the most honest and thorough garage in the area. They serviced my 04 Explorer a few months ago and will be taking care of my 2014 Chevy this week. I have to drive a bit out of the way, but it's worth it to get the job done right

Good customer service, small village crew (family owned), can fix anything on your car just that they are a little pricey

Decent place, but be prepared to wait a week or two just to get in for service. Other than that good place for work. It's in the Sunoco in Bernville and I'm going to write a little more so Yelp accepts this as a review.
