I have had my vehicle here a few times and the staff have been nothing but friendly and amazing. The work is done beautifully and in a timely manner, the staff update you about the progress and will do anything for you and your vehicle. Will recommend this place to friends and family!

brought my car down here because we had someone back into us while we were away from home. I couldn't have taken my vehicle to a better place! They helped with finding a rental and dealing with the insurance company and can't forget that they went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed the right way and they warrantied the parts if anything should go wrong. The staff were the friendliest and welcoming from the moment I walked into the door. Made you feel as if you've known them your entire life. not only do I highly recommend them, I will definitely be coming back here if I ever need anything like this done again. Thank you guys for being such a great local business!

This company was like finding a diamond in the ruff. After doing business with them, I will not take my vehicles anywhere else regardless of price.
They not only kept me updated on my vehicle status, but also called to ask how I am doing through my cancer journey. This family-owned company does not only car about your vehicles but takes the time to build lasting relationship with their customers through the process.
Their workmanship and customer services were like no other I have ever experienced. I cannot put into words on how great it was to work with Ryan, and I even miss talking to him in the process. As you already know from this review, my vehicle was returned even better than it was before the accident.
I cannot thank Ryan, and Powells Auto Body enough for everything you provided.
If you care about your vehicle and excellent service, look no further. Powells Auto Body is the best auto body business in Pennsylvania!

This is a nice body shop with friendly knowledgeable staff, who are efficient and apparently well trained.
I went there for a repair estimate and was in & out in about 15 minutes,
with a printed estimate in hand, and will probably have them do the work soon.

Powell’s Auto Body has been nothing short of exceptional during every experience I’ve had with them. From impromptu bumper repairs to paint chip fixes I’ve never had more trust in an auto body shop with my vehicles. Took over two months to fix my truck in the first place and when i finally got it back they used cheap replacement parts and billed for oem. Then it took them another two months to even get the oem parts in that were availbe next day from solomon ford and would t fix my truck until a check was in hand from insurance company which approved the work People lie cheat and steal at powells auto body Double billing for work they have to do twice because they dont it right the first time Very odd Stay away horrible experience Now they wont fix my truck at all told my insurance company to cancel the check. Horrible experience. Bad business thats for sure

I sent my car here after getting in a pretty bad accident. They were able to fix my car and they did so in a very timely manner! Everyone was incredibly helpful and informative to me throughout the entire process, especially Ryan and the two owners. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and patient! My car looks great and I was so happy with it when I got it back. I would highly highly recommend, amazing customer service and work!
