I had such a great experience! I would definitely come again! This Versona is a bit different than what I’m seeing because it was more clothes than jewelry when I usually see Versonas with more Jewelry. However, this store still carried unique styles that gave lots of POP of COLORS that are great for all body types! The sales associates were extremely helpful! As a POC, I did not in fact experience any racism, however I do know every review and experience is different. There were many women of different cultures in the shop. I hope it continues to flourish

Recently I’ve lost a significant amount of weight (65 lbs.)and needed to replace my wardrobe. I visited this store on several occasions, I was greeted by friendly staff and found lovely items. Every time I wear an item purchased from Versona I’ve received many compliments. I have also had to exchange an item and the staff helped me process that transaction easily. I really like this store and always find beautiful and comfortable items and I have always been helped by exceedingly kind, helpful and professional staff.

Extremely impressed with how kind & helpful the staff was here. I visited the store the last week, shopping for my girlfriend, with essentially no idea what to purchase. However, the Neshaminy Versona team quickly assisted me and we were able to pick out the perfect outfit. My girlfriend loved it. I can’t recommend it here enough - will definitely be back the next time I need to buy a gift.

I am very impressed with the customer service at Versona. The staff is attentive and very helpful. They make it a pleasant shopping experience. I have purchased some great clothing, shoes, and even gift items at this store and have been very happy with the quality of the things that I purchased.

I just went back to work full time and needed some office wear that I could afford. Wow! I now have pieces I mix and match everyday. The employee spent extra time pulling clothes and helping me find pieces to create outfits. It was so unexpectedly good that I brought my daughter back and she found some treasures, too!

Very RACIST DONT SHOP HERE!!!!!!The young lady followed me a black customer around the store and then accused me of stealing saying coach bags have sensors. Thays why the alarm is going off. I proceeded to say I don't have a coach bag then they found a sensor in one of the coats. Then said somebody must of stole somethingThe second time I went in the store the same lady(macy) followed me around the store they asked me if they could hold my clothes. they say it's a policy but they did not ask anyone else but the one black girlThe girl's name is macy the manager I don't know her name but she swore that was the policyThe policy must be to profile black shoppersTHEY DELETE REVIEWS TOO/ 3RD TIME POSTING

I love the clothes styles are amazing prices are great however the staff well let's just say they are a bit odd they follow you around like your going to steal something. Or they will ignore you if they are to busy chatting.

Profiled my aunt and I as soon as we made it through the entrance. It was very unfortunate how uncomfortable the employees made us feel, as we are both health care professionals. It was very offensive how they made assumptions based on our appearance.
