My experience in purchasing a new phone and new iPad was outstanding because of the knowledge and professionalism of Augustine. He patiently spent several hours setting up both devices and completely explained everything. Couldn’t have received better service; absolutely the best !!!

I was very blessed to have Augustine assist me with the selection of my phone as well as the set up. There were several logistical challenges with the set up but I received the help I needed. Aanisah of the Bensalem, PA Verizon mobile is amazing. She not only helped me with my phone but when I dropped the phone 24 hours later and cracked it, she talked me off of the ledge, as I was so upset. Annisah worked with me for two weeks straight, setting me and my daughter accurately with our new phones as there were a lot of road block switching carriers. Annisah is professional, pleasant and patient. She is a wonderful asset to Verizon.

The worst costumer service, I would definitely recommend you to go to another branch or make sure not get help from (Aanisah Mitchell) really rude and assume stuff that you didn’t say.
I went to the branch to get a new number and she missed to tell me that they will disconnect completely the old one when I realized I called Her and she told me well of course I disconnect it because you got a new number that means that you didn’t want the old one and I never said that I didn’t want it the old one .. I wanted a new number she kept going back-and-forth with me with attitude and she hung up the phone.

The staffs are helpful and friendly. We were there for a few hours since I had to download everything to my new phone. I didn't know it downloaded all the pictures from cloud 1 as well. Smh

Stopped in to upgrade to apple 15 iPhone , was assisted by a gentleman named Duffy who was extremely efficient and made the transition very pleasant. He was polite and courteous and extremely knowledgeable in the product. It’s very nice to see that customer service is still paramount with some corporations.
