I had 2 blu ray discs bought via Amazon and usps handled shipment. Said *delivered* but i never got my package. I complained on phone to usps and got a inquiry ticket. They said i will be contacted. I never was contacted for the next 48 hours. Unacceptable. Amazon thankfully knows how to take care of it's customers and reshipped the order themselves this time free of charge. Sad i couldn't get this service from postal service. 1 star for you.

On 4/2 at 2:42pm I received a call stating a package had my name, but the wrong address. I gave them my correct address and was told to hold. When the call reconnects whoever the supervisor was at that time answers with “you want to tell me what’s going on here, why this package has a fake address.” Clearly this is such an unprofessional way to answer the call. Regardless, I proceeded to explain that I haven’t even been told yet where the package was being sent from. I have multiple packages I’m waiting for. He tells me oh I think it came from China. (If he would’ve looked it said Korea, but he made the wrong assumption) Anyways we go over where it came from and what’s inside the package. I let them know that this was my first time ordering from the company and I know my address was correct. They still had me come in with proof of address which is understandable. But, looking back at my order the confirmation email had my correct address. Which I showed the woman who helped me, explaining that I wasn’t in the wrong. But, I was told that I was lucky that the package had my phone number on it. I also explained to her I didn’t appreciate how the supervisor spoke to me and accused me of faking an address. She was very kind and apologetic though it wasn’t her fault. Even going home and opening said package my packing slip had my correct address on it, so it was an issue on the company I ordered from. The way I was spoken to by the supervisor was still unacceptable especially when this wasn’t my fault. But they were so quick to place blame on me.

Significant other past in June,No Will,youngest 50 year old ,live in car,met 2 years ago..(jail). Everything in probate .steals mail starts July,..I complain no mail now it's October ..be walked in no id said I don't live their..,lazy lawyer didn't forward any to him...so I go with id...still live their...as of today...and put a hold...the torcher because they can't get it....no id....no sh..now PO box in Bristol..package went to Bensalem ☺️sent back ,note says...moved not new address...put e different changes for mail....still live here...I'm go to post office,lazy ,only enforced laws at their discretion...

I shipped 6 packages, 4 of them priority mail... No updates after 24 hours... I have receipt and employee scanned packages in front of me... I cannot understand how they are not in the system yet... Non stop issues with only this post office...I never have same issues in other locations....

I mailed something on 7/1 registered mail. They guaranteed me that it was going to be scanned all along the way. The envelope was going from Bensalem to Harrisburg and extremely important. I called the PO Friday because the last and only updated 7/3 was it was in Philly. They never called me back so now I have to call them again on Monday 7/8. The post offices are pathetic. And they wonder why they are going to go out of business. Federal government needs to stop bailing them out. I am mad at myself because I was contemplating going to UPS or FedEx. I wish I had. My recommendation if it’s extremely urgent DO NOT go to the post office. Another incident a few months ago, I mailed an envelope from Holmdel NJ to Bensalem. It showed up 3 weeks later. Really? Please don’t use this PO if you can go somewhere else. It’s incompetent employees AND the PO as a whole is the worst

I am absolutely disgusted with the processing and the carrier at the Bensalem post office. I mail my elderly parents cards for the holidays and their disgusting pig of a carrier not only opens their cards (I'm assuming checking for cash), but then defaces the cards before delivering them. The 2 times I sent cash previously the cards never arrived at all. The postal inspector has been informed. Reports have been made, investigations have been done with reports sent back to my parents about their missing and destroyed mail and yet it still continues. SHAME ON YOU! You are paid to do a job! You recieve excellent pay and benefits to do your job. Every year my parents were generous with the carrier, giving them a monetary holiday gift. Stop acting like greedy pigs! Do better for your customers!

Yea probably the worst post office I’ve been to .. the worker rati is a little slow is his process with things he’s kind but also almost read my social security number out loud
The worker that was with him a female was dismissive and not attentive oh her name is Parul I believe
And normally she’s friendly when I’m with my kids so it was weird and uncomfortable for me
They need more workers here to help balance the work load and make things go smoother and who are friendlier

Sick & Tired of getting OTHER people's mail. At least 1 or 2 times every other week we get other people, either next door or 1 block down from us. Got my neighbors mail today, Saturday 1/27/2024, can these folks NOT read ENGLISH???? Mary Wodarski
