Ordered 5.56 ammo. Came in and was missing 40 rounds. Emailed two times no response. I don’t recommend and won’t buy from again. (Edit to response) I sent 4 of the form applications over the last 2 months no answer.

After reading through the negative reviews it appeared to me they had issues that were not US Armorments fault and these customers felt like pouting and lashing out . I decided to go with my instinct and glad I did. Ordered ammo and the next day received an email that they were short on the brand I ordered but would substitute with an upgraded brand if I agreed (which I did). 4 days later I got my ammo with no issues. Thanks guys will be back later on down the road.

100 Rounds missing from my order when it arrived. Package was left without my signature by FedEx so had no chance to claim it was damaged. They refuse to give me a refund for the amount missing saying my claim is with FedEx and they have no responsibility. Be careful with these people as they will leave you high and dry if anything goes wrong.

They asked for FID card picture because of shipping to Illinois, which I was not, I'm in Jersey and they're in PA,. So naturally I have questions... Who wouldn't, right??? I called their phone number listed and says "disconnected", Flags go higher, I emailed them and asked to call me. Their reply; " there is no reason to call...unless we receive it the order will be canceled". So I asked to cancel the order. The order was canceled quickly then my status went from "refunded" to "BANNED". really!?!? BANNED because I had a question???

Ordered ammo and the delivery was supposed to be signed for. I never received the ammo and they did nothing to help me and kept my money! They claim that they accept no responsibility after the product is shipped! They were supposed to ship the product requiring a signature! No one signed for the product at my house!

The ammo I ordered was exactly what I ordered. Great ammo at a fair price. Great communication from US Armorment, it could not have been better. After reading the reviews, before I posted mine I think it is insane that random people ( some of whom never ever did any business with US Armorment ) were allowed to post negative reviews. Anyone who takes the time to read the replies to the ridiculous customer complaints will see what I mean. I owned my own business for years and for people to be allowed to outright lie, and therefore possibly deter new customers from doing business, based on those lies, is not right. US Armorment deserves a 5 Star rating, and if the right thing gets done, and the reviews that are posted that goes against the Google posting guidelines are removed ( like they should be ) then they will have their well deserved 5 Star rating. Customers need to be more responsible when it comes to being truthful when posting reviews. Sorry for the length of this review, I feel like it had to be said.

Excellent experience.Follow the instructions, payed using cc. Signed on the website, showed the payment made, processing, and within 3 working days it was delivered by FEDEX. Now that will be a totally different review as the driver was seen by a neighbor literally dropping the carton from a couple of feet off the ground! I will buy again from them!

You give them the correct information, pay for it, wait a few days and....BAMM...you have ammo. I was surprised with the fast shipping. Great product also!
