“After the passing of my father, it was determined that my mother would be moving from Idaho to Michigan on short notice. We checked with many companies, and it came down to Safe Auto because of the online reviews and good price. Here is the good and not so goodGood: The driver they went with was absolutely amazing and delivered my cars days earlier than planned and was in communication the whole time. The cars were delivered in perfect condition.Not so good: We booked 5 days out, We were quoted $1400, paid our deposit. There was no communication about driver delivery. When I had to call, I was berated and told I did not know what I was talking about, but I am a licensed dispatcher in the airlines (different transportation form but still the same process) so I have a little cle about DOT24 hours out the price went from $1400 to $2700 ?. I would like to think it was not done intentionally, and I will stick with that. In reality, no contracted driver wanted to give up two spots for that price. Also, they knew that I had airline reservations that were non-refundable for the next day that cost over $2500, so I would be stuck. I ended up paying the money and ended up getting my vehicles ahead of time. I am a little bit shorter on cash, but I'm happy to have the cars in perfect condition so I will not downgrade the stars by more than I did for the shadiness of a salesperson as that was just doing his job (minus the attitude). Just beware on the lower price switch. Attached are both contracts with the price changes. The identity has been blocked to protect. First contract in Black second one in Red”

“Three nights after the car was picked up by UZhaul, another driver showed up from UZhaul with the same Bill of Lading for the same car. That's when our panic began. When finally got a hold of the dispatcher the next day, we were told that 'the car was already passing through Texas, and this second driver was mistaken since they double booked 2 drivers for one job'. Since then, until the final delivery which took 9 days from AZ to NJ. Every time we try to get any update, they could not give us a location confirmation, and told us that 'the truck is stuck in traffic' and GPS was having an issue'. Granted there was one night of heavy storm in the East.I ended up missing days of work waiting for the car as they kept on mis-informing us 'today is the delivery day' for 3 days, but no contact until late at night.At the end, 3 days past the schedule delivery date, we were so grateful that a 'local' driver in NJ named Sho called us and was able to get a hold of the truck driver and arranged to get us the GPS confirmation and picture of the car. (The driver who sent the picture was indeed the same 'mistaken' driver who showed up in AZ 3 days after the car was picked up)The car was delivered the next morning. we did not end up taking a Uber to get the car at Walmart as instructed by the dispatcher. Sho was able to bring the car around to a train station parking lot in walking distance. What a relief after so many days of scare ans stress. This local driver, Sho was extremely very professional and took the ownership of the issue and made it all fair. I do hope this was an isolated incident.The car was delivered in good condtion with no added mileage. UZhaul has electronic BOL which they send out immediatedly after pick-up and delivery.Thank you very much Sho of UZhaul!”

The planning process was simple over the phone and he followed all of our directions. Yellowbird was the best value rental by far compared to other transportation companies for a simple shuttle service”

“Wolfington is the best place ever. They have probably a hundred buses or something. The buses look brand new and they are super reliable. Make sure to buy your buses from Wolfington and if they need repairs also take them to Wolfington because they will ensure your bus starts up and gets to its destination on time all the time.”

“I must say I was worried, the reviews was alarming but I just had to trust Road Runner the Broker. the price was very reasonable, enough to be scared" but I put it in God's hands. my car shipped from New York, to Florida Starway Logistic Office has very poor communication and they definitely need to work on that however, I got My driver"" Zurab"" I must say much respect to him, he was amazing and kept me updated the entire time despite having to break down stuck in South Carolina for the whole weekend, he still communicated with me showing his sympathy and assuring me as soon as his truck is fixed he will have my car home and safe. It's because of him I gave this Five stars ratings”

“Today we had a nice fellow named Leo pick up my new daughter's 2023 VW Taos with @ 500 miles on teh odometer. He called me 3 times prior to his arriving. He was kind enough to stay in touch as he left NJ and then Philly as he got closer to Media, PA. (The car is going to Burbank, Calif.) He very concerned about our time and could not be any nicer on the phone. When my daughter and I met him, he was even nicer and did a thorough inspection to ensure that there were no scratches or damages - no matter how slight (just what you would hope that a company would do). He assured us that there would "l not be a scratch between PA and Calif." Leo said that his companies reputation is most important and I trust that I am in good hands with Leo and US Road. Upon arrival of the car in Calif., I will update this review, however I expect no issues nor problems with Leo and USA Road. Stay tuned. ”
