We visited few months back and also last weekend this store and we had a very pleasant experience both times. All staff members are very kind and helpful accommodating our needs. Collection of all kind of jewelry is very unique and certainly can not come out of the store without buying anything. Highly recommend to go there and find your choice.

If you’re looking for fine and beautiful pieces in Gold,diamond and platinum jewellery you should definitely check out Swarna jewels.Their collection has a wide variety and both traditional and modern styles. I’m shopping their products since 2017.I just loved their collection and prices.Each item that i bought from their it shows 916 hallmark .And above all super excellent customer service.Owner is very knowledgeable , polite and very friendly.Positively recommend this place.

This is the perfect place to shop for beautiful jewelry.Not only is the merchandise of the highest quality but the staff also well trained and friendly.I was there about an hour and the sales person showed me the product very patiently.I bought a beautiful choker for my daughter and very happy with the service.Owner provided me a good discount.Definitely will be visiting again and will be also recommending to all family and friends.

We have been shopping for our needs at Swarna ever since it was opened in Bensalem. Staff are courteous, friendly and very professional in showing different designs and explaining the details. Haven’t had any issues with the items we bought here. Exclusive designs both traditional and modern from South & North Indian collections. Positively recommend this place.

I was looking for a specific Telugu traditional ceremony jewelry item and was calling the jewelers in a 100 mi radius. Swarna Jewels staff responded very positively, they had the specific item I was looking for. They also helped confirm by exchanging pictures via chat. That was awesome, I knew for sure before driving all the way there. Satish garu and staff are very professional and friendly at the same time. They had a variety for me to choose from and gave me plenty of time and attention to decide. I'm very happy with their service. I'm going to recommend them to my family and friends.

Beware!!one of the worst jewellers I ever visited. He never tells you the breakdown for any item you asks. He tells you the breakdown, only if you insists, that too he will hide all the making charges, additional charges and says it is not india to give you exact breakdown and insults you on top of it.I know he will post some other things as reply just like he did for other commenters here. I saw those comments before visiting the store and thought may be some customers are picky .but, what they said are real.if you don't listen then you will be a fool like me!!! Ended up paying hard-earned thousands of dollars and can't do anything after purchase. No refund. And he says gram to gram exchange but the gram cost here starts above the market price? very clever!Just check the other store prices and visit them if you want to, you will clearly identify what he is doing. Worst experience ever!!

Worst place to buy Gold in Philadelphia.They think the buyers do not have any brain.They sell the jewelry on item, which means you will be priced for less than a gram for $250.00 where the Gold price per gram will be less than $49.00.The attitude of the Salesforce is stupid.The owners should learn what is fair pricing.Quality of Gold,I did not check.Good luck.

Worst store to shop!! Owner is really rude and quotes the price more then the market and reduces a little just to show us . But the original price he quoted is unusually high. He never gives break down for anything and only if you insists he will tell you, that too by hiding all the making charges and additional charges. No returns so please be careful when deciding to buy. I suggest you to take a turn and go NJ/ Edison for Wide variety of shops and also you can avoid pa tax. Don't waste your hard earned money here.

Extremely low quality jewelry!I bought a nose pin from there and about 3 months later the stud fell out. I went in there with my receipt and of course they refused to repair it.
