Paid extra for protection plan our sofa need to be replaced as per their own furniture repair guy but they are willing to do it stay away from business like this who don't respect their clients

Took a week to deliver 5 minutes away from destination. Furniture was scratched and they would not replace or fix. Asked for assembled before arriving and they left lots of boxes in front of destination. Not very happy.
