Do not get your passport photo here, trusted me . I regret spending 20 $ for such bad photos. I couldn’t used for my passport I had to go to cvs . Also the girl had such a bad attitude, horrible costumer services .

Poor customer service, or decriminalized, either one is unacceptable. Went to return Amazon package and was ignored or the customer service reps were not attentive, again not acceptable. Went to customer service and the manager gave an excuse of mis communication, wow, please explain that if I'm standing in line then several people come behind me and one of the reps said someone will be right with you. Again no one came ot took for another employee to come from the other side and tap her employee who decide to sit down at the computer and do who know what while a line of people waiting. She never made eye contact with us. Wow never coming back here again

i got order of 10 totes by other Staples store manager and got email to pickup. I was there at customer service dest and the customer servicer said there are 6 and ask me come the comer to find out more be myself ??? . .i was here for picking of10 pcs what was paid. Then he ask maneger and said we will return 4 pcs back to your card with No any explains and very bare face. Customer service and The Manager are same Face , i fell bad and worried for Staples's business if having that people in the team. Good luck for Staples

Extremely well managed Staples store . Associates are friendly , knowledgeable, professional and authentic. Kudos to the store managers , they are excellent.

I came for a printing job and I do not know if it’s because I was a dark skin woman but just getting help was an issue. I kept on getting passed over. They would help people behind me. It was embarrassing. I talked to one of the managers and all he could say was “I just don’t know what to tell you”…. And for that I give it a 1 star. It wasn’t bad enough that I had been at the store for over an hour but then the printing guy messed up my entire order. When I asked the manager for help or to provide someone else. He simply shrugged his shoulders, lifted his hands and said “well he is my printing guy and there’s nothing I can do”.I will be taking this all the way to corporate, because there obviously need to be new management. The service is unacceptable.The rude remarks after my outburst made me angry.I hate that I had to be that customer but this store seriously needs better evaluation and needs to be put under better management.
