The atmosphere is incredible, with items in their proper selection, all organized, which makes finding what you need easy. WANT TO GIVE A FABULOUS SHOT OUT TO LAUREN WHO HANDLES THE TSA CHECK POINT PRE APPROVAL PROCESS FOR STAPLES, SHE IS KIND, CLEAR, DIRECT, WITH A FUN POSITIVE APPROACH. I WILL SAY, SHE KNOWS HER JOB, SHE RESPECTS HER JOB & HERSELF. LAUREN APPLIES COMPASSION AND A WARM
APPROACH TO EVERYONE SHE MEETS. SHE HAD TO DEAL WITH MY 18 YEAR OLD SON ( ANY PARENTS GET IT) & I ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS TO APPLY FOR TSA. ON OUR 2ND TRIP COMING FROM WARMINSTER TO BENSALEM NOT EVEN DISCUSSING OUR 1ST TRIP DEALING WITH THE DMV, ANYWAYS, I LIKE BEING DESCRIPTIVE SO PEOPLE GET ME, LAUREN WAS KIND AND AWESOME WITH OTHERS AS WE WAITED IN LINE. LAUREN NEEDS TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR HER KINDNESS, WORK ETHICS, & HAVING A OVER ALL A GREAT PERSONALITY. I WILL EXPRESS, I SUFFERED A TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY DURING A SURGERY, IF ANYONE COMPLAINS EVER ABOUT HER, THEY ARE A DISHONEST HUMAN BEING. I was at the Bensalem store, the employee was very friendly and helpful. I was picking up an order and was even asked if I needed assistance out to my car.

Do not get your passport photo here, trusted me . I regret spending 20 $ for such bad photos. I couldn’t used for my passport I had to go to cvs . Also the girl had such a bad attitude, horrible costumer services .

Poor customer service, or decriminalized, either one is unacceptable. Went to return Amazon package and was ignored or the customer service reps were not attentive, again not acceptable. Went to customer service and the manager gave an excuse of mis communication, wow, please explain that if I'm standing in line then several people come behind me and one of the reps said someone will be right with you. Again no one came ot took for another employee to come from the other side and tap her employee who decide to sit down at the computer and do who know what while a line of people waiting. She never made eye contact with us. Wow never coming back here again

i got order of 10 totes by other Staples store manager and got email to pickup. I was there at customer service dest and the customer servicer said there are 6 and ask me come the comer to find out more be myself ??? . .i was here for picking of10 pcs what was paid. Then he ask maneger and said we will return 4 pcs back to your card with No any explains and very bare face. Customer service and The Manager are same Face , i fell bad and worried for Staples's business if having that people in the team. Good luck for Staples

I have been purchasing from STAPLES for many years. Never had a serious problem. If there was a small problem it was rectified fast.
