It's a nice clean store. Limited staff today. Busy stocking shelves, but not one person before I got to the cashier asked if they could help me. Stock was very limited today. Hopefully, they had a huge run on sneakers for women for back to school.

My first visit to Shoe Carnival in Neshaminy Mall was a good expetience! I was looking for a specific shoe style in a light neutral color. I found it in black, but not what the color advertised. Two very nice employees helped me. It was suggested by the first young lady that I should see if the shoe could be ordered. I was taken to the checkout desk where Denise found what I was looking for on line, and ordered it for delivery with free shipping! Thank you Shoe Carnival for such a trouble free shopping experience!
