Just started using cpap. When I called for help, the CSR sounded like was disturbing her day. She became impatient when I couldn't understand what she was trying to tell me. Now I have another issue and I don't want to call and be treated with disrespect. I would like to remind these CSRs that I am new to this and a little patience and respect would be nice.

Worst company and CS. Called me at 7pm before emergency surgery to collect a copay that wasn’t cheap. Then while I was hospitalized their rep came into my room to collect the vac (I was septic) and it had been taken off. She told me I would be responsible to pay for the machine. She never logged in as a rep into the room either. Very rude company who calls and texts threatening for the equipment even after you speak to them.

I had to help a relative upgrade their equipment. Since that relative was with another company before, the representatives I worked with didn't seem to realize that my relative was renewing their machine rather than starting off on their very first one ever. Initially, it was going to be a monthly rental where the deductible would have to come into play first, and the machine could not be purchased and reimbursed directly all at once first. However, under this particular insurance plan, it turns out there is a clause or so stating that future machines are covered. There is probably verbiage regarding the idea that my relative has to be continually and reasonably compliant with the machine he/she started with. Some companies would not do enough due diligence to fix or monitor these kind of errors. I suspect the company my relative was with prior would've overlooked this even though they were the ones who awarded my relative their first machine. I am grateful to have this company to help my family out.

Today at Rotech Alex & Angie did a great thing for me that I needed my insurance wouldn’t authorize an new cpap an they find away for me to get one I’m so thankful I need the machine to get bck working an they came through for me today an I really appreciate them!!!! looks good man thank you I appreciate it

They delivered me defective CPAP machine. It did not transmit my sleep data so they thought I was not compliant and they initiated returns. I informed them and proved that I was compliant and the machine was not transmitting data. That was 2 months ago. They are so bumbling I can't get a replacement though it is under warranty. I get an autodialed call that puts me on hold for a customer service agent (garbage) and I get transferred to the office here where I am sent to voicemail. This is absurd.UPDATEThey managed to pull a report that shows I'm nearly 100% compliant with my CPAP machine but failed to update my record. This means their spin off, Sleep Central, will not replace my CPAP tubing, mask, filter, or water compartment. I still have the ones I got in March and it is now September.Their quality of work and follow through is non-existent. They also waste my time at every turn. I literally hate them

Poor customer service. I have been getting quarterly deliveries for my CPAP machine, they are now sending monthly -- when I can get in touch with them. They do not call back.
