So I called because I was directed to contact my local Rotech because I lost the power supply pack to my machine. The representative was so rude. She said...well what happened to it...you just received the machine in July. I explained that I left was working with the hotel I stayed at to see if they could find it. She said well we really don't have extra power supply cord and click...I heard a dial tone. Sheesh
That was just crazy to me!!

Been using this company for a little while now and had not ran into any problems until the other day. The litters for my oxygen was raised just a few days ago so I called Rotech to see if they could delivery me some extra tanks due to me having a medical appointment on Friday and then another medical appointment that Monday because I would not have enough travel tanks to take with me due to my oxygen liters going from 1.5 to 3. I was told that even though my delivery day is on a Tuesday only that they would be able to have someone delivery me some larger tanks so I can make my appointments. Well today came and I did NOT get the delivery nor did I even receive a phone call to say that they were not coming out. That shows me that they Do NOT CARE about their customers. I can not reschedule either appointment due to it having to due with my COPD or I would reschedule with that being put aside. I do not think that this company is a dependable company at least for oxygen and I would not recommend using them. I will be using another company from here out. Hope this helps someone.

rotech is really good at sending automatic e-mails that alert you to what you are eligible for on supplies from medicare and to order when eligible. that is it. billing is argumentative and often wrong.

Angie at RoTech was absolutely amazing. There was a misunderstanding between my husband and his health care provider with the new year and she worked diligently for 2 weeks with me to get it fixed so that he could get the equipment he needed to get healthy and stay alive. She is an unbelievable employee and should be training all others! Fabulous!! Thanks so much for helping us!

The staff at the location in Bensalem do a great job and actually care for their patients. I know some others have had trouble, but Everytime I've called the office in Bensalem they have been great.

Absolute disgrace of a company. They show no sense of urgency or care for the customer base that keeps them employed. Whether it be bad management and training or just plain lack of caring pick any one of the three. My fiancé has been trying to get filters and masks for his cpap machine for almost a month. He has had to resort to ordering these items as replacements on his own accord through other outlets due to their negligence in sending these things in a timely fashion.. I don’t understand how a literal medical supply company can get away with such shoddy relations. Blaming the hospital, doctors and anyone but themselves for their lack of accountability.
They should be ashamed of themselves, steady giving people the run around , who need these instruments to survive.
Do better or close up shop.

I was truly blessed to speak to Ms Angie at Rotech. This is a wonderful business. Ms Angie provided outstanding customer service and a miracle when she arranged in a short period of time to pick up a total of 7 oxygen machine and tanks due to an unforeseen death. This was all completed in less than 3 hours on the same day, remotely from my Maryland residence to this excellent PA business to perfection as we had to remove all of her belongings out of her apartment in 2 weeks.
Ms Angie was professional, compassionate and performed exemplary as well as reduced my stress level..There is not enough room for me to express my gratitude to Ms Angie for executing this miracle and to Rotech. Thank you again and Blessings always for superior performance.

Just started using cpap. When I called for help, the CSR sounded like was disturbing her day. She became impatient when I couldn't understand what she was trying to tell me. Now I have another issue and I don't want to call and be treated with disrespect. I would like to remind these CSRs that I am new to this and a little patience and respect would be nice.

Worst company and CS. Called me at 7pm before emergency surgery to collect a copay that wasn’t cheap. Then while I was hospitalized their rep came into my room to collect the vac (I was septic) and it had been taken off. She told me I would be responsible to pay for the machine. She never logged in as a rep into the room either. Very rude company who calls and texts threatening for the equipment even after you speak to them.
